Very limited amenities like, no soap in the bathroom, batteries not available to replace in remote control, rechargeable batteries had to be replaced almost daily to unlock the room using the card. No elevator & it was a VERY long staircase to be going up & down with complaints & requests. Felt the staff tried their best, but working with very little budget. Nothing close to this venue. We left after 2 nights of feeling frustrated, moving to another hotel, and losing money by doing so.

It was below what we expected. We booked a deluxe room with a garden view and there is no garden. Small room, no TV channels, no soap or a hairdryer. Very expensive and misleading for what we received

CONS: NO parking, had to park blocks away in public parking costing $87 for the night. Tv mounted above door, No Tv service nor streaming service, Not even an antenna to watch the local channels. Won’t let you cancel. Extremely noisy, doors slamming all throughout the night. One step above staying at a hostel. Security knocking at our door at 10:30p, stating he didn’t know someone was staying in the room. Doors do not close properly, light beaming through. No hand soap to wash your hands in room. Staff very unhelpful. Room dated, Unable to access room when returning from breakfast. Breakfast very limited in selection: eggs with cheese and ham, fruit and waffles. Pros: hot breakfast, made to order Early check in 1p

The AC was way too cold and the thermostat didn't seem to work. Even after I put it into head mode, cold air still came out of the vent. In addition, the AC vent over the bed was dripping water all night. The breakfast area was right outside of my window where a group of loud guests having breakfast woke me up at 7:05AM. The wifi coverage in my room wasn't really good either. But otherwise it's still a decent place to stay.
