Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers good value for the price, but travelers should note that it is not a resort or beachfront property. The included breakfast was adequate given the cost. The surrounding area is less desirable, and guests will likely need to use Uber or rent a car to access nicer beaches and attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made such a difference after a long travel day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Puerto Rico heat!), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was — close to the airport, beaches, and local spots, making it easy to explore and get around. Breakfast each morning was a great bonus and helped me start my days energized. The property was tidy and well cared for, and I could tell the team takes pride in creating a pleasant experience for guests. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip comfortable and memorable!

The hotel was very dirty. They did not have several of the amenities listed. The hotel was extremely loud being right on a 5 lane highway and they had a wedding on Saturday that shook the entire hotel until midnight. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

They decided to book what was basically a hip hop concert right above our room for 6 1/2 hours. Impossible to fall asleep. Room was ok, except even after the party ended constant noise banging upstairs, on 5th floor could hear road traffic like I was sleeping on the sidewalk.
