You have someone there named Francis Cordero in housekeeping. She was great. Very helpful about where to go and what to do. Great personality. She is a very hard worker and takes pride in her job. Adrian at the front desk was also very helpful.

I was not impressed with the property at all. It just feels like you’re back in the 1970s. The AC units sound like motor engines roaring. Almost impossible to sleep under those conditions The suites are nice but ground level so you hear all of the road traffic. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Nice pool, clean room, good price. Near the air port you can hear planes taking off so if you’re a light sleeper bring head phones. Other than that it was pretty basic and straight forward hotel!!

The hotel is dated but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful when it cubes to language barriers. They were nice enough to accommodate our luggage when we were unable to check in early. This allowed is the opportunity to go have lunch and go to the beach. There are two restaurants on site and the beach is a 5 minute walk away.

We had a terrible experience at this facility. They had to change us to three different rooms due to the horrible conditions of such rooms. The first room didn’t have AC nor a working TV. The second room didn’t have a workable shower and the sink was falling apart presenting a hazardous environment for us. The third one did not have hot water. We left the hotel at 3:30 am as we could not sleep. We would love to request a refund from the hotel. We just stated there for less than six hours as we were change from room to room. We could not believe that Expedia will advertise such a facility.

Definately not as advertised with false photos .

The hotel is not as advertised. The photos are not current, nor accurate. It is in a great neighborhood but is by far the most run-down hotel in the area. Buyer beware. There are lots of options to choose from in the area and I would advise not to choose this one. Pillows as hard as rocks. Room looked more like a jail cell.

When you see the photos of the rooms and the hotel, they have nothing to do with reality. The hotel is in very bad condition in all aspects. The machine that sells water and soft drinks takes your money. The elevator breaks down all the time. If it weren't for the people who work there and try to serve you as best as possible, the place would be a total and absolute disaster. In all honesty, the people who work there are the ones who try to make sure you have the best time possible, trying to solve all the problems that arise.

Not as advertised!

The room was dingy and not clean and had bugs. The key card didn’t work, and the elevator was questionable. We were afraid we were going to get stuck! Neither restaurant was able to accommodate my hungry family, either. We did not stay the night, we left right away.
