Great low key hotel

Hotel is located near the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool area was awesome too. Water just a tad bit cold. Only negative aspect for me was the shower . The water when you are showering would fill up. So you would be showering with my ankle in water. Other than that everytbing was good and i enjoyed my trip.

Very quaint hotel, fine for the price. Clearly retrofitted multiple times to keep up with technology and changing tastes, and it shows its age. We only stayed one night and were on our way elsewhere the next day, but two gleaming good notes: check in after our 1 am flight was super easy, and the staff were totally used to weird hours being so close to the airport, and the little gelateria/diner attached to the building (piu bella?) Was AMAZING for breakfast-- good food and strong coffee at good prices even though its isla verde.

Spend a little more to go somewhere else

The door harsly opened until trying anout ten different times and eays to jiggle a handle and this is WITH a key card. Wifi went down because it rained? Seems like something easy to fix/prevent/or communicate in very clear language when people are booking since many rely on wifi for their work remotely or travel plans. TV did not work in our room to get basic channels. bar/restaurant closed at 9 DURING THE SUPERBOWL after they served our food, we basicslly got kicked out.

I stayed here for one night bc I arrived late into San Juan and was spending the weekend in Rincon. Elevator smelled weird. There was blood on the curtains. You're basically right under the airport so be prepared to hear planes taking off all night. Stayed 5 hours--didn't even want to shower--Left as soon as I woke up.

Motel kind of, not hotel.

Room was worst than a motel, ceiling falling off, shower had mold on walls, TV didn't worked and pillows were super flat. Considering is in Isla Verde, would expect just a little better room, thankfully was just a night to be at the airport early but would not recommend for a family stay of few days.

It serves its purpose of a bed and shower. An inexpensive hotel for a low budget vacation. I always stay here when moneys an issue but in a positive note it has comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, a fridge in the room and you have access to a microwave if you ask. It is close to everything and has two great places to eat attached to the hotel easy access w/o walking out the premises. It’s a bit outdated but wil do!
