Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Check out time is at 11am -Throw away any open containers -Wash any dirty dishes and leave them out, we store them -Take trash to the trash area, located in the right side front right of the house
-Check out is at 11am. If y’all planning on checking out any earlier please let me know so I can coordinate my cleaning staff earlier. -Please turn off both Air conditioners and all lights.
Also please let me know if there’s anything broken or missing that we need to report to our insurance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
