We went to Embassy Suites again this year. We liked it so much that we came back to this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The beach was only 3 blocks away and the umbrellas and the reclining chairs are free. Also, there is a casino at the hotel.

Likes: close to airport and beach, room was large and had plenty of mirrors and power outlets Dislikes: pool bartenders had terrible demeanor and absolutely ZERO personality, they should not be working with the public- they never smile, they are not friendly, I actually limited the amount of purchases from them because I was uncomfortable having to interact with them. Pool staff members should be lively and at least NICE to customers in an attempt to create a fun atmosphere! The two men I’m speaking of were there all day, every day that we stayed. We actually asked them when they wouldn’t be working, lol, they said they’re off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (unfortunately the 2 days we weren’t there). We did call them out on their bad attitudes and asked why they’re so rude- all we got as a response was a smug chuckle. Also- our room was supposed to be a TOP FLOOR double room however we were on floor 6 (there are 8 floors in total)- when we asked the front desk about this seemingly incorrect room we were told that “the 6th floor IS the top floor according to the “package” that we paid for.” Well, that’s incredibly misleading- I didn’t know there were different classifications for top floors- what a joke. no one cleaned our room until we called to request housekeeping. The lobby bathroom was frequently out of toilet paper and one stall doesn’t even have door handle. Free breakfast? Yes but be prepared for more rude staff and same food every single day.

Just ok. Weird area. Run down. Stayed for 3 days housekeeping didn’t come once. And still had to pay a “resort” fee. This is not a resort. It’s a run down hotel near the airport in a bad neighborhood.

I loved the property the only thing We had a problem with was the hotel it was cold. I didn't even have my air conditioner on and felt like I did. The Hotel didn't have heat only air my stay very uncomfortable. I froze my whole stay.

Stayed to celebrate my son’s fifth birthday, the front desk agent upon check in was very courteous and friendly. Was able to do early check in which allowed us more time to unwind and enjoy the facilities. Only suggestion I would make is to maintain the kids’ pool clean. Overall, a lovely experience and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay during our recent family vacation to Puerto Rico. Hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hot breakfast and evening happy hour were both a great bonus for us!

I will definitely be staying here again!! Everything was amazing, 2 free drinks a day included, hot fresh breakfast, the food st the dining options was good, live dj at the pool, the stay includes free beach chairs and an umbrella, etc etc the list could go on and on!!
