Everyone will enjoy the amenities of this newly remodeled apartment. We have all the amenities you need and we are located in a central area and close to everything. We offer a big space; 3 bedrooms a living room with a queen sofa bed and another smaller sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, dinning area, work space at living room, balcony with an additional shower, full kitchen and small reception area. We can accommodate a total of 9 guest in this strategic location for fun trips. Our bedrooms count with lamps with usb ports to charge your cell phones, tvs with cable services, internet access. Irons, Irons Tables, mirrors, clothes hangers, luggage’s racks and some fans included. There is no elevator. In front of the entrance door with walnut color is a Security Camera recording 24/7 for more security for our guests. Code 5066

The plumbing was terrible dripping water in the shower the water pressure was like dripping. It wasn’t no pressure at all, toilet leaking sink leaking no hot water no AC and none of the rooms. No AC property manager never contacted us as I continue to complain about the terrible condition. No one contacted me about my concerns as of yet.

I visit Puerto Rico with my family to spend four days in one of there apartments and I was shocked because it didn’t look like on the Internet, the air conditioning on one of the area was out of order, two televisions didn’t have service, the kitchen was very dirty and I call for maintenance and nobody came. On the bottom floor of the building they have a Disco & Bar Lounge and we did not sleep the whole time we spent there because it was too noise until next day morning . I would not recommend it to anybody who goes with their family.

Great location to most San Juan attractions

Edwin the owner was more than gracious and responsive to our needs for lounging when we first arrived at the vrbo there was no power. He worked out a plan B accommodations for travel and safe stay. We even returned to original verbo and all plans continued as planned during our stay in Puerto-Rico. The place was accessible clean safe and accommodating to the needs of the stay. I would go back again to this verbo and rent from the owner as he was very professional and treated us like friends.
