This hotel is ok at Best! If you’re not traveling with children, if you’re just there to sleep then stay here. My toilet was broken and noisy, it ran all night and the knob was broken and not mounted on properly so it was incredibly hard to flush. My bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, there are absolutely toiletries available at all. No Toothpaste, the dryers weren’t working and the Rooftop left much to be desired. All in all whoever owns this hotel cares Not about the guest experience only their money. The two young ladies who checked me in were polite- Keegan at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help but the rest of the staff members were rude, give you weird looks and stares and maintenance apparently fixes Nothing! The rooftop, plants and decorations are just sad, Nice view but that was it. Positives:Very close to the beach, stores and Cruise Port.

The staff was nice but the rooms are like college dorm rooms. The beds are tiny and it's like laying on plywood they are so hard and they only give you a few half size pillows per bed. The bathroom was decent with good water pressure but the drain barely worked so it was like a bath when taking a shower. For $200 a night, I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice eateries across from the hotel: callejeros and ochocielos was delicious for good price and portion too! Scooters are parked up everywhere super easy to get around if you didn’t rent a car and it was a way to avoid spending over $30 for Uber rides for places 10 minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

excellent location relatively close to the airport and old San Juan. We enjoyed the rooftop, great ambiance, restaurants at walking distance. This is a great location overall I’d definitely stay here again.

Its an okay place if you are staying one or two nights. Close to the airport. Rooftop was pretty cool. Parking is across the street and the hotel staff has to open the gate for you. Tried checking in early but was told our room wasn't ready which is fine and acceptable. It would have been nice if staff would have offered for us to leave our suitcases at the front desk. It just felt like we were an inconvenience. The room was clean. The beds were hard but okay. I would suggest getting an uber if you plan on visiting Old San Juan.

Wish we’d stayed longer

The staff at Hotel Miramar were so pleasant, helpful and friendly. Very cute and quirky little hotel. We really appreciated its charm. Located near some great options for food and a convenient location for sightseeing.
