I loved this hotel! I went for a solo trip - my first time ever going anywhere alone. I felt absolutely safe and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and I didn’t have an uncomfortable moment. Rooms are incredibly spacious. Rooftop deck is so calming and quiet. I would definitely book again.

The staff was lovely and fulfilled any need that we had. The beds were very uncomfortable causing low back and hip pain for both of us in our separate beds. The water in the shower got very cold Very fast and did not drain well. Location was easy to get around and parking was also easy.

Booked two rooms in months of advance for one night. Upon arriving to our rooms to shower, both bathtub’s were clogged up. As hot and tired as we were , we couldn’t enjoy our showers. Yuck. Called front desk, for nothing because their reasonings were that someone was scheduled to come out the next day to fix the clogged bathtub’s.

Excellent service, the rooms has old air conditioning that is a little noisy but the rooms are super spacious and clean. the room amenities are excellent! microwave, coffee maker & small refrigerator, room is very modern. parking even though is paying is safe.
