Amenities. Tissue would be nice. A coffee bar in the lobby. Wash cloth would help. Bring something to scrub with. Put some chairs on the terrace. Terrace needs to be user friendly. Not what the pictures show. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Location is good. Beds are comfortable and clean

The air conditioning was amazing, the room was nice and big, the cleaning staff were extremely kind and lovely, the front desk staff were extremely kind and lovely. Very expensive hotel say accommodate for 4 people in double bed room only two towels two wash clothes only two cups for coffee and only two coffee pods per room and the mattress are not comfortable at all very thin on a metal frame only maybe six inches thick barley slept uncomfortable and had to use other linen because it’s only for two per room not four like they say

Check in went well as we arrived at the hotel at 1h30 am ! Room was huge …king size bed , pillows and are so so …it was clean . The hotel is 5 or so minutes from Pan American to get to our cruise ! Hotel is dated but it’s a nice place to stay !
