Very beautiful property. Second time here my issuse with this hotel I asked them to heat up some food In there microwave and was Told a $30 charge which was OUTRAGEOUS. There prices for drinks high. I spent a nice amount at this hotel over 4 days, I or anyone else shouldn't be nickeled and dimed. Very disappointed. Front desk does not asnswer phone after 12am.

I arrived to resort on 9/19/2025 initially when we look through the website, it said the entire resort have been upgraded when we got there we were told only parts of the resort was upgraded. My room was not upgraded after one night in the hotel room, I had to move rooms because I literally didn’t get any sleep cause I could hear the pipes in the wall every time the water ran so then I was moved to another room the following morning after that I saw rats at the resort and there was also dogs in the pool when asked I was completely ignored and disregarded said it was nothing I can do and I could not cancel the room I will be charged. Also the new room was a city view which had construction so I was woke up to construction noises.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at La Concha. Although short, from arrival to departure, everyone was so kind and welcoming and everything was top tier. Food, drinks, beach, pool were all excellent. I cannot wait to return.

If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers the best customer service, best amenities, best staff, best views, best beach on the strip, this is it. It’s my third time at La Concha and I am already trying to figure out when I can go back. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We got there early and while they don’t do early check-in they did let us use their locker rooms as soon as we got to the property and access to all hotel amenities until our checkin. They will hold your bags and make sure that you are taken care of. The staff made this a wonderful experience and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were exceptional, food was fantastic at all dining options on property. Everything was immaculately clean. Casino was amazing. I never wanted to leave.

Excellent staff, beautiful spa, great masseuses. The restaurants are wonderful, we had dinner at Levant and it was cool to be inside the iconic Concha. Definitely will return as we have for years.
