Problems with our A/C that were addressed but it just didn’t seem to help. Great little coffee shop/bakery on property. Lots of construction made area noisy. Portions of hotel not open due to this construction improvements they are doing. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Room cleaning was always late afternoon just about when you are wanting to shower and freshen up for the evening.

We did spend a lot of money and it was noisy. Also I booked outside spa appointment if close to 250.00 and nobody told me it would be people working outside with all the noise

Omg. This resort blew my socks off. From the pools, to the beach, to the casino... Only wish we coukd stay a few days. Very pricey but so worth it.

The property while a bit older is well kept and is currently undergoing renovations. The staff is so kind, friendly and accommodating. Beach front views and great beach pool service! Would definitely stay again

Meals and drinks are ridiculously expensive ! Had two rooms and had to wait 2 2/2 hrs for 2nd room to be ready . It was a less expensive room because I paid for ocean view and it wasn’t Expedia should give me a credit ! Resort fees are obscene . I’ve never been charged 150.00 a day for the two rooms and was there for 5 days !
