Hotel not as seen in online pictures.

The Hotel failed to communicate that their pool was out of serve since 2020 and my whole stay with ESJ hotel was very inconvenient. Their tv cable wasn’t working as well. There were several complaints from other people that were staying at this hotel about the same issue as mine. People were very disappointed at the fact that the hotel nor hotels.com informed us about the pool issue. I paid quite a big sum money to stay at a place that made my vacation not so convenient. I will not stay at this hotel on my next visit.

My honest opinion about what I like is that is right on the beach. The room was pretty cool had a balcony overseeing the beach. The pool is not even a function pool. It just looks abandoned as if they are not trying to fix it up so the people can use it ! Staffing in the hotel section was okay no one wow me! communication needs to be better! People need to be more friendly.

This hotel went downhill. The staff was nice but the pool was not available and they only clean the rooms once every three days. I had to ask for towels, soap and toliet paper. Most of the time, the room attendant would tell me she didn't have enough towels or soap to give me. SMH.
