Good: room was clean, bed comfortable. Bad: Check-in took too long, the lady had printer issues. There's no ice or water for guests. The pool was closed, which was a big reason we booked it. The overall atmosphere of the building was an apartment, rather than hotel.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping was accommodating. We had one issue with a room not respecting the quiet time, but the staff was very understanding and made sure the issue was resolved. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This has to be the worst stay ive had in Puerto Rico ever! The only positive was the front desk staff ladies were pleasant but that was it. We had roaches from day one and went to ask front desk about sending someone to spray or clean. They were nice but after 2days no one came we then went down and was told no one put it in the chat they put it in the reservation though. So no.one came. Also requested clean towels and beach towels and disnt get them for 2days. The service of wifi disnt work in the room but they said oir room 179 was a new remodeled room. Had no.ability to watch tv. The room was ok but definitely did not give remodeled with the couch and smell. This was so bad considering we found roaches and the maintenance man felt bad and had to come to pick them up off the ground for us. I do nor recommend this property to anyone and it shouldnt be listed since its clearly infested.

First thing is the pool is not available. Wasn’t available last year either. Second there is a lot of construction going on in rooms which is also something that was going on last year. I am happy that they are working on the rooms and all but now I have a 4 month old and to stay in a room where next door and or upstairs there is someone drilling and chipping away at concrete all day was not ideal for us. Staff is always amazing! The lobby and rooms are spotless can’t complain about that. The area is also super nice and everything is local. Unfortunately the game room is completely unavailable maybe one machine was working the rest are out of order and the entire hotel smells like mold. Not the rooms though. This is tough to write because this is my second trip staying there and I would love to again, however, going to diner and seeing other hotels in the area made me want to stay there vs ESJ. I think in time they are going to make it something and I’m sure in the past it was an amazing place to stay at but right now I wouldn’t stay there again.

hotel was right on the beach, they are still doing construction in the building because the area we stayed at was an extension so its still new. Only thing confusing was where to check in because the office is hiding in a little corner. The cafe was great downstairs! amazing coffee, wish there was more food options in the hotel. Very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful

The location was great with access to the beach. The hotel was really nice it could use a little updating though. My friend not real complaint was waiting for towels for 4hrs.

Everything… but the most ridiculous was the bath towels. We asked for bath towels on the second day of our stay, management claim they have no access to towels and they would send housekeeping to bring some, the next day we asked, same story until we left we never got towels.
