Recently renovated with an inviting atmosphere, breathtaking scenic views of surrounding islands of Palomino, Vieques, Culebra and St. Thomas, are perfect for your relaxing getaway. Waking up to tranquil sunrises of the Caribbean Ocean and El Yunque National Forest and enjoying warm breezy evenings on the balcony with a favorite beverage adds to the charm after a day of exploring the beautiful Island.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our fully air-conditioned condo with streaming TVs comfortably sleeps up to 6 people -- perfect for families or groups. Adding to the comfort of your stay, having a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, soaps, detergent, towels and linens, along with beach essentials, makes for a hassle-free vacation. Our guests can enjoy the beach without worrying about packing extra items. Overall the condo was very spacious and clean. I went with my two adult sons and found this gem from all of the five star reviews. Having your own kitchen, appliances, washer and dryer made us feel right at home. The entire facility was fantastic. My sons and I use the pool at night along with the hot tub and made some great memories here. The place was very safe and secure and the area restaurants were all fantastic! Mark and Della were always responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again !!

Beautiful Marina & Ocean View

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Peña Mar during our trip to Puerto Rico! The property exceeded our expectations in every way, with stunning views, clean and comfortable accommodations, and all the amenities we needed. The owners were incredibly attentive and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local attractions. Excellent stay

Excellent, safe place to stay on the east side of Puerto Rico! The condo was thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything you may need (including feminine products in an emergency)! Kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you may want to do! We stayed during tropical storm Ernesto, and the owners updated is with all th necessary details! I would definitely stay again!

It was great. Elevators that accommodated my mother and her diasablities, security, wonderful pool. View was excellent. Nearby restaurants and marina. Excellent host. One issue with the shower that was resolved before we returned from dinner. Highly recommend.

Best vacation

This condo was absolute perfection. Tastefully decorated, had everything we needed to the smallest things, including all the beach/pool gear, plastic reusable cups (soon you won’t be able to get drinks in plastic single-use cups in PR), comfortable beds and chairs/couch, even dish soap and laundry detergent! It also didn’t have the things we don’t want in a rental, like excessive decorations and clutter. The parking spots are right by the building entrance and there is an elevator. The condo itself is in a great location as it is a corner unit close to the pools, the courts, and with great views of the marina and the ocean right on the balcony. The location is great. Pena Mar is a beautiful resort with many pools, basketball and tennis court, outdoor lounges with great views of the ocean and security staff at the gate. It is within a few minutes of Seven Seas beach, many restaurants, grocery store and an ice cream place. As for the owners, they were very responsive, kind and helpful. We did not want to leave!

Enjoyed our stay for family of 7 adults. Plenty of room for all. It looks like owners are working on improvements to some of the older finishes. Our hosts were great at communication and responding in a timely fashion. The condo was easily accessible despite one small interaction with one of the very controlling, female, guard gate staff, midway through our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for a family for sure!

This condo was very clean and fit 6 adults very comfortably! It is well stocked and had lots of supplies to use at the beach. Our favorite part was the outside balcony overlooking the marina and out to the ocean. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The overall property was well maintained and very pretty! We loved all the pool options as well. We could easily walk to restaurants and it was great to have a designated parking space. We would definitely stay here again!

We had six adults looking for a place to relax, visit and enjoy Puerto Rico. We had a wonderful time. We had a rental car so this property was a convenient starting point for all we wanted to do. Loved the balcony and view. It needs a litte updating, but the owners responded immediately to any issues we had. We would consider renting again, if we return to Puerto Rico.

The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and the hall closet had tons of things for the beach and the pool (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, pool floats and diving toys, snorkels and flippers), which were very much appreciated. The unit is even bigger than it looks online; very spacious. Check in was seamless and communication from the host was clear and timely. I did forget to ask about fragrances before booking. The unit is highly fragranced, but we unplugged the diffusers and opened the windows for a few hours and it aired out really well. In the past, I've found most hosts don't mind asking their cleaners to do the unplug and air-out prior to a stay, so that might be something to ask about if you're sensitive to fragrance like we are. I definitely wouldn't let it deter you from booking this fabulous condo!

Wonderful place!

Very cozy and clean. Lots of toys for kids and everything you need for the beach! The location isn’t GREAT if you want to walk anywhere. It’s an 8-10 min drive to the beach and stores. Great spot if you’re booking a snorkel tour or island trip.

Fajardo at it's Finest

Very nice, well appointed space. Plenty of room, while feeling very cozy too. Della and Mark have a very nice rental that is well appointed. Check in was easy. Location was perfect, with easy access to beaches, marinas and great dining establishments! I would recommend this rental and absolutely make it my preference for the next visit to Fajardo.

Prime location

Great place to stay, awesome location lots of great restaurants to dine at within a few minutes. Fantastic views of the harbor area, a few negatives, we had an issue with the master bedroom shade that had fallen off of reel which made it hard to sleep in because the sun coming through, we closed the storm shutters which helped a lot , bathrooms and kitchen area weren’t cleaned super well as I’d expected but they were okay, the owner was very responsive and tried to fix things promptly but care taker in charge was not fulfilling duties and unresponsive so things were not able to be corrected during our stay. Overall good experience.
