Great Location! The check in was easy. The room was small, but perfect for our stay. The lobby area outside our room was a good place to hang out. We also enjoyed one night on the roof top, rained the other night! So easy to get everywhere in Old San Juan from the Navona Studios.

Room was good, just know that some rooms are interior and don't have any windows. It was a perfect location for exploring old San Juan. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was run down but the main problem was that the air conditioning was way too cold and all there was on the bed was a comforter that was almost as then as a sheet and there wasn’t a blanket in the room and no one to contact. We had a terrible sleep!! Also, the smell of disinfectant was so strong it made me feel sick. We are never staying here again.

Room was clean and staff were attentive. The view of the street was enjoyable and vibrant. It was an ideal location. The hotel was located above a jewelry shop where you could leave your bags until checkin and after checking out. The men who worked there were super friendly and helpful. Best reception.

I accidentally left a full prescription of cancer pills and within a few hours they were gone saying they never saw them. I would never stay here again. so if you take any medication, do not stay here, it will go missing.
