Very beautiful place . Classy and sexy environment . I LOVED the room with the barn door I felt rich or something and don’t get me started on the shower in there. I could not get my man out of there he loves the amenities so much LOL. Def in a good location close to shopping areas and the strip . I would def book again.

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect hotel. All employees were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful all around. Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious just need a little deep cleaning or minor up grading to make accents a little more polish. Love the wrap around balcony view in our room it was the best Wish they told us we need to book for the dinner restaurant downstairs as soon as we got here, we would have did so; we was looking forward to dining but it was completely booked

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. My stay was relaxing. It was peaceful, clean, the staff (front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff) were kind. Hotel was 20mins or less to different locations I visited.

Sorry but this was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in. While the staff were AMAZING, the maid service was horrific and I was surprised at how the aesthetics while pretty and seemingly grand, the furniture (dressers/closets/paint on the walls) were in poor condition. The hotel room itself was lipstick on a pig in my opinion. I was so disappointed because we were SO excited. The pictures are misleading for the quality of the room. Our friends stayed as well in another upgraded room and were equally disappointed. Example, on day 3 I had to beg someone to please clean the room. On day 4 the only service I got was the bed was made. The floors were not swept or mopped. The bathroom still had my toothpaste and hair in sink. I had to chase the housekeeping down and ask for her broom. Overall, for the money I was let down. Finally, in the rooftop bar, the server scammed us. The manager was amazing and professional. He asked us did we want to tip him, we seaid yes of course. I noticed he never handed us the machine to choose the tip. When he presented the receipt he had given himself a 30% tip. We asked why he did that, and he said "it does that automatically here" The manager confirmed he was lying. Apologized to us but it definitely left a bad taste in our mouth.

This hotel is very beautiful yet the cleaning staff only makes the bed. I’ve complained numerous times about the cleanliness of my room. The staff was amazing the manager Jay was very accommodating and the staff were all helpful and nice.
