I would like to say that the view and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Now with that said. The main shower handle was broken and dripped, There was a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom and the sink didn't drain well. The dryer was full of lint with hair and sand from the previous people. The dining room chairs are delicate and wobbly. In the kitchen there is no stove or dishwasher and the cupboards and drawers were just full of what looked like junk. Even one empty cupboard would have been nice. There should be a dehumidifier running in the bedrooms because the sheets felt wet even though they weren't. Guest bed was what felt like a box spring so not comfortable. We also had roaches we found on the 4th day even though we were taking trash out. That was a breaking point for me but nothing was available within a reasonable price spring break week. There were no beach chairs, only camping chairs so prepare for that. We bought some at Walmart. Outside - there are stray dogs in the gates because the gate and/or the door by the trash is always open. People leave trach and food outside to feed the animals which was disturbing. Beach access - no there is not. Walking the path to the beach access is covered with rock from a previous hurricane that you cannot get to the beach on. The owner was told about these issues with very little care and zero help. This is our 5th year in PR.
