The staff were very kind! The breakfast was fresh and great! It is humid here so it’s best to keep bathroom fan on and AC. The staff were also attentive to our needs. 5/5 stay!!

Check in was frustrating, traveled with family had 4 rooms reserved. The man at front desk kept disappearing and wouldn’t come back for about 10 minutes. After I got home 10 days later noticed my 100 security deposit wasn’t refunded. Called very hard to get ahold of someone. After I finally got someone to answer they kept telling me someone will call you!! Which no one ever did. Wasn’t until I told them going to call BBB that surprisingly Right away was refunded. All three other family members had the same issues.

The rooms were spacious and had plenty of space! All the staff were super nice and helpful! They forgot to fill up the body soap when it was out, but they gave us soap when we asked for it. So not big of a deal. I really liked the location, it was really convenient and walking distance to the beach, 24 hours supermarket, and la placita de santurce. They also had a cute little coffee shop that’s outside the hotel which is also convenient! Overall I would stay at Ola boutique again!

The hotel was clean and the staff very accommodating offering refreshments on our early arrival, good restaurant recommendations, and cooking us omeletsfor breakfast. It was a good location only a few blocks from the beach, and a short Uber ride from Pan-American pier, with restaurants within walking distance.

There were many good things. Carlos, night security, billiard table, clean rooms, nice lobby, decent location, super market across the street, nice breakfast place nearby, bars/food 5 min walk, a place to secure luggage prior to check in. Here is my beef, although check in is 3pm we had asked about early check in before booking. The answer was "maybe". We arrive at 10 am went out for 3 hours and then we waited in the lobby for 2 hours with two other groups. It turns out there were only 3 check ins that day. I can't understand why the cleaning crew wasn't told to prioritize the new check ins. Check out is noon! It took 3 hours to prepare 3 rooms? Awful management of house keeping personnel. All the new check ins could have settled in before 1pm. Could have been a 5 star review.

If I could give ten stars I would. The manager was excellent. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean. And the hotel was close to everything. The manager gave us his recommendation on locations to swim and eat and both were great. I highly recommend this to everyone and we definitely will be coming back!!!

We had a an amazing time in Puerto Rico!! The staff were so great! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel was very close to the beach and across the street from the large grocery store. Very clean and would recommend!!
