We are located in the heart of Luquillo, a small beach town with a surfer’s vibe. We are within a one-minute walk to the beach. We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, food trucks, and La Pared. The famous Luquillo Kioskos and El Yunque (the only tropical rainforest within the US parks system) are located within a few minutes drive. We offer high-speed internet for those who need to work. This is a great place to relax and also experience a true cultural expression of Puerto Rico!

The location was amazing. Right down the street from the beach and places to eat and drink. The outside area was amazing. Make sure to feed the stray cats if you go. The only thing was the mattress.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a week for our first time in Puerto Rico and it was great! The property is exactly like the listing describes and was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for exploring and we enjoyed walking along the beach in the evenings after coming back from our adventures. I appreciated the detailed check in information as we ended up getting delayed and arrived in the middle of the night and we had no issues getting in. It was nice that there was a designated parking spot too!

The room was a dream, i had everything I needed and even things I didn’t need but good to have. The walk to the beach was 30 seconds from the apartment and it was all just perfect. When I come back I will definitely try to find this property again.

Nice and cozy place for a couple. Outdoor patio but no ocean view from location. The one block walk to the beach is amazing. You walk to the left and theres a great walking beach. This place was a lovely little spot to stay. I absolutely loved listsning to the crashing surf and the coquis each night. They were my lullaby. The beach was seriously a 45 second walk down the road and even though the surf was too high for us to play, we appreciated the provided beach chairs so we could watch the sunset. There was even a bonus auper-friendly local kitty who loved getting scritches. The nearby kioskos were a bonus and we ate there both nights (and found some great souvenirs). I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Property was just as advertised with a bonus of a large patio with a hammock. It was walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and several little shops. Great neighborhood. Loved our stay here
