Hotel was great and walkable to Old San Juan. Don’t be lazy and park on the street as you will get a ticket. The hotel provides parking in their garage if the spots outside are full.

Only complaint was the bathroom clogging up after each shower. After the 4th night of staying, we discovered that the filter in the shower drain was clogged. Since this occured late night we just unclogged the drain ourselves by cleaning out the drain trap. This fixed the issue and we no longer had a clogged drain. Other than this experience, the stay was overall great. The staff was always welcoming and helpfull with all of our questions.

Loved that they would take you into downtown San Juan. Didn't like that I was told they would be leaving at 8 am only to schedule our entire day around that only to be told that they couldn't take us until noon. That was not cool. Location seems sketchy, considering what the area looks like across the street. But didn't have any problems. Also, when they say there is free parking, they mean either one of the three VERY small spots in front of the building or on the street. That's it! So good luck.

Wil use them again.

The studio was great, nice and spacious very clean very comfortable. Just one thing they should correct in regard to the studio... The bedroom window should have a shade exactly the same as the living room window so the sunlight doesn't shine in so STRONG inthe morning. That was extremely annoying.

This was a beautiful stay with great people working there. My apartment was clean. It’s located near everything!! Even the airport was just a 12 dollar uber. The door was a little janky and twice I came back to my door open because it wouldn’t lock right but nothing was missing. Also you may consider bringing a shower may because even though they are nice, the showers get so slippery and I almost fell a few times. I ended up using a towel i bought to get a good grip. This is the only place I’ll stay when im back. They even upgraded my stay for free! I had two balconies. The restaurant was amazing too!
