It's a nice hotel. Close to the beach and the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. But the staff is not particularly friendly, especially at the reception. There are some odors from time to time. Maybe dampness. But in general a good option. If you ignore these disadvantages

The hotel was nice but I got hit with unexpected charges I was told to call between 9am-5pm to have the situation resolve twice I spoke with someone I checked out myself early because I was not being help properly beautiful hotel I was told send an ending I’ll be refunded called yesterday and a man told me to file a dispute with my bank because they can not help with refunds only stayed one night be careful with hidden fees

I loved our stay, the room was absolutely gorgeous & very spacious! All of the amenities worked perfectly, lots of storage space and no issues overall except we experienced one very brief power outage but power was back up in seconds. The pool was lovely and clean, loved the friendly & helpful staff as well!

The property is just ok .We find it average and a little expensive for the price. There are some issues during our stay - and one is we didn’t like the smell of the hallway carpets, the room smells like mold or something. There is a 40 dollar prepaid credit that they want you to use only at the pool restaurant but the service takes so long . Free breakfast is so limited. Bike rental was not available when requested . The staff are friendly and attentive though.

My stay was excellent. The property was clean and the staff was great. One suggestion. Informing visitors that tips are not covered in the 40.00 daily fee. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Lovely property overall.

hotel needs humidifier installed asap. room smells like mildew. everything in the room is damp. not good for electronics. cpap machine was drawing in wet funky damp smell all night. inside of camera had moisture. unworn clothes had to be washed when we returned home because they had absorbed the wet damp funky smell from the room. i would not recommend this property.
