We mostly enjoyed our stay. Having to pay $20/day for parking which was not disclosed when we booked was frustrating. Also being charged a $45/day destination fee was aggravating as well but the hotel itself is nice and in a good location. I wish the bar was open later because we didn't get a chance to use our food/drink credit much because we kept missing the cutoff/closing time. I'd stay again but be warned of hidden and extra fees when checking in.

This was beautiful reost, however, we were hit with "resort fees" that were quite high and unexpected. Itemized outline of the fees showed that a large chunk of the money was earmarked for their restaurant and was unrefundable. Essentially, you had to use it or lose it. Unfortunately, the cost to eat in the restaurant was higher than the money paid. All said and done, we paid far more than we wanted, or needed, to spend on top of the expected hotel expenses. Although it is a beautiful, comfortable property, it is doubtful that we would stay at this property again because of the amount of the unexpected expenses.

Properly is excellent near to the airport what make your trip easy and relax. Options to stay same day until 4:00pm paying an extra fee it’s excellent for late flight. The only inconvenient we experience was our AC was broken in the middle of the night/ early morning . The property added notes in order to Expedia refund my night for the inconvenience since I reserved with Expedia . The inconvenience between communication Hotel and Expedia and the waiting time was terrible and frustrating . I contact Expedia at the hotel the same day before my check out to complete and avoid any future inconvenience doesn’t work . I take pictures and talked personally to the Manager. I take’s notes and pictures for proofs of the situation. According to Expedia in 24 max 74 hours everything will be fixed. Today is the 6th day and I still waiting with no resolution. BAD COMMUNICATION

This hotel definitely made our time in San Juan unforgettable. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool area was beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s not the quietest place since you can hear planes frequently, but we didn’t mind at all. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely come back.

This property is so nice. At first I was upset because we picked and paid for a room overlooking the pool, which we didn't get. We did get a room overlooking the main strip, therefore we were pleased. The room is exactly as described. The location was excellent!!!! Wewill definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Overall, the stay was fine. The property was clean enough. The issue I had was the mold in the room, but after spending several days in San Juan region, I recognize this mold everywhere.

I did like hotel. I DO NOT like or agree with all the extra fees. They charge a resort fee which is to include credits at tge resort to wards food etc. However u domt really get credits tiwards food they charge your room theen bill... i feel discount should be applied immediately when payimg cash. They definitely won on that deal. I didnt eat the breakfast offered as well. It wasnt very good. I booked a particular room was given a different room. S

Mold poor air quality

The hotel has amajor safety concerns, air quality molding. I basically got sick from staying in their room moved my rooms multiple times at least three times which is unimaginable I never been to a hotel that would allow their customers to stay in a moldy environment it's completely Horrible. I just can’t believe it. I’m gonna complain to the Marriott establishment regarding this. It just doesn’t make any sense how could they even allow the hotel to stay open to even run?

My hotel room was not ready by 4p as promised, so I had to wait another 1.5 hrs for an alternative room to be ready. This room had a lose towel rack and a non-working iron. The grout on the bathroom floor tile was not clean; a bad look for a $400+/night room.
