Old San Juan.

Basic hotel, which is good for a night or two. No window in the rooms. A little outdated. service at the front desk was very good. Everything in the old downtown San Juan is walkable from this hotel.

Very old and not well kept. Carpet is fraying and different colored carpet has been patched in. Windows are screwed shut. No counters in bathroom - just a pedastal sink making it difficult for women to get ready. No irons or steamers. Very old and flat pillows. TV is hung from ceiling and cords and wires just hanging below the TV. Not very many outlets in the room.

Simple hotel with a perfect old town location

You really can’t beat this hotel given the location and price. The room is nothing special but the bed was comfortable, the AC and TV worked, and the shower had hot water. What more do you need from a hotel when you’re out walking around all day? The front desk staff were all very friendly as well.

Room was big, had the king size bed, clean and comfortable. There are ample places to eat within walking distance and very close to food trucks and must see places. People in the area are super nice and ready to help you with whatever your needs and easy to get transportation or Uber when needed.

Our 3rd floor room was clean and quiet. There was a commons area with couches, a micro-wave and snacks. The staff was very helpful with telling us places to eat. They also called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave.
