Loud and constant airport noise

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is convenient if you need to get to a flight but it is not very comfortable at all. The airport recording is amplified every five minutes throughout the entire night! For the price paid, it’s sparse and the bed isn’t very comfortable. And the persistent noise all through the night is practically unbearable.

Poor customer experience

Check-in was poor. If you want to check in before 4:00, there is a $35 charge. We arrived around 12:45 and were told this but were also told if we came back around 2:30 or 3:00, she’d check us in without a fee. So we went to the hotel restaurant, spent a few hours and $100 and came back at 2:45. A man was at the desk with the woman and he refused to check us in, despite what his colleague said. Another colleague appeared and told him to check us in and he still refused. After I ranted, he called his boss who said to check us in. He did so reluctantly and rudely. At the same time, a woman in a wheelchair was trying to check in. They started waiting on her, then took a phone call and ignored her for five minutes or more. Awful customer service.

The hotel was super convenient and easy being right inside the airport. It wasn't very clear at first where to find the hotel, but after wandering around for a while, I found a small sign that led me to a big open hall. Kept walking and then finally found the entrance! The room was clean and quiet. The bar was okay too, but kind of dark and gloomy. Food was okay and the two men working at the bar were great!

The stay here was great. Riding the city bus to ola San Juan and it was very enjoyable there The bus drivers were nice and helpful. The Carolina Beach was AMAZING I look forward to visiting again one day On the other hand... The description of things to do was misleading the places that was around the airport which was in walking distance the places were located inside the airport. It was not noted to go ahead and get the snacks, dinner or drinks before you leave because once you leave you are not allowed back in the shop. That is if you were not able to get out to go somewhere

Convenient, but not much else

It was extremely convenient since we flew in late after a full day of traveling. It was a little strange with a lot of meandering hallways and part of it was being refurbished or something. Our big issue was the lack of late night eating and our inability to warm up our room. Plus our bath had luke warm water.

Simple hotel on airport property. Had an extremely early flight so it was convenient. Room was clean and ready early. By far the best part was the on site restaurant. Food was amazing. Tried the fried cheese with guava- you won’t regret it!
