The rooms are advertised as soundproof and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The rooms could use more cleaning including the balcony. The staff had to move us three times to get us to the room that we paid for to begin with. Seems like we had to fight for everything we already paid for. Won’t be staying here again that’s for sure.
