The host could not be more gracious, but the apartment lacks basic amenities, like hot water for showers and bedside tables. The washing machine failed to empty on spin, meaning we had to press dry our clothes before putting them in the dryer. The location is perfect.

Great location. Host very responsive. We did have an issue with the shower water being lukewarm to cold. Showers were not pleasant. We did not bring this issue to the attention of the host during our stay since it was only 2 nights. I only mention it now so it can be addressed for future guests.

Great location in the midst of Old San Juan. Host was very responsive when we needed something. It really only sleeps 2 couples unless you want to sleep on a blow up mattress. Floors could use a good cleaning.
