Spacious 3 Bedroom Condo steps from beach

Centrally located 30 minutes east of San Juan in the quaint town of Luquillo, PR, this beautiful three-bedroom townhouse condo easily accommodates 6-7
people. With two baths (both newly reno showers), living and family rooms and a spacious porch for enjoying beautiful Caribbean evenings. Our condo is just steps from the ocean and within walking distance to the number one beach in Puerto Rico. This is my paradise. I hope it will be yours...

Upstairs: The condo offers three bedrooms each decorated with soft colors of the ocean, sand and sun.
*Master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet.
*The back bedroom has a queen size bed.
*The front bedroom has a new double size bed.
All linens are included: sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels.

Down stairs: The family room is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, complete with a futon, recliner, TV, Cable, Internet, bar, and a laundry closet with washer & dryer. The full bathroom downstairs includes a shower. There is also a separate sitting room with a sofa and love seat, which are great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, stove, cooking utensils and all the comforts of home. There is a slow cooker, flat grill and many other kitchen gadgets for your use.

The spacious porch includes a table for playing dominos or eating meals cooked on the BBQ.

For your comfort, there are fans in rooms and air conditioners in the family room and each bedroom. A constant ocean breeze makes sleeping wonderful, and air conditioners optional. Off-street parking is available. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, a grocery store, the post office etc. Whatever your idea of paradise may be; we hope you will find it in Puerto Rico. Also within walking distance from the condo are the Luquillo Kioskos—the Puerto Rican snack capital. Sixty Kiosks are lined up in a row offering music, food, billiards and souvenirs. Some look like bistros, others like rustic food stands and yet others are full-fledged restaurants.

The communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment was well organized, in a great and safe location, and just steps from the beach. The space was very comfortable.The only thing that could be improved is that the bedrooms and closets had a strong humidity smell, which made the linens and towels smell the same. Fortunately, there is a washing machine available, so it was easy to resolve.Overall, we had a great stay.

Great spot for family

Great spot for family beach and rainforest trips. The location is very quiet at night and the space in the condo is enough for a large family to relax comfortably. The Luquillo area is very family and tourist friendly and still easy to get to the larger San Juan or center of the island area for day trips when planing it out.

Close to beach

We loved the rental and all the amenities. Our favorite was being so close to the beach. We decided not to rent a car, and Susy recommended a driver. He helped us plan excursions and he really was wonderful! This is a great place to stay

Good location

First time in Puerto Rico! Had no idea where to stay chose this condo because it was close to a beach. Did not disappoint! The air conditioning worked well. Beds were very comfortable.Beautiful beach nearby also nearby was an area with loads of restaurants and touristy shops! Tried to eat at all of them! They all had authentic Puerto Rican food just like my mama made! Oh and after our daily road trip excursions the casino was so close by! I’m so happy we chose to stay here. Owner is very easy to get ahold of if needed.

Awesome place to stay !

We arrived during the huge power outage and our host kept us up to date and informed of the situation . We luckily had power the entire time but we were prepared if not . The unit was clean , well stocked and so close to the beach . We will be back !

I overall loved the place very nice and clean ,spacious beautiful home. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the power going out twice during our week stay. It wasnt out for more than an hour and a half but it was pretty hot when it happened which made us miserable lol but other than that i would definitely book again... oh and make sure you rent a car because its like 45 minutes away from san juan but still a great place to stay! Also a beautiful veach is just a few steps away 😁

Comfortable, well maintained older property. Best stocked property we've ever been to. Gracious host provides plenty of linens, stocked kitchen with generous supply of cookware, and many kitchen disposables, plus needed spices,seasonings. Adjacent beach disappointing because strong prevailing wind kept it dirty and a little unsafe. An outside picture of the front of the unit would be helpful.

Great place!

We had a great stay! We loved being close to the beach and other locations. Grocery store across the street was convenient. We had a slight issue in the kitchen, contacted the owner and it was resolved immediately. Super sweet and helpful neighbors. Great size of home. We had a great time, nice to have a washer and dryer, hose to rinse your feet off after the beach. I would totally stay here again! Thank you Susy!

Great house and location

We loved the house and it was so close to the beach that we really used the boogie boards and beach chairs a lot. Clean and spacious! We had trouble getting connected for check in, but after that, everything went fabulously!

Great spot close to the beach, rainforest and kiosks!

Everything was great. Everything we needed, there were a couple hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. There seems to be a few upgrades that weren't in the description. No more bathtub but new, large walk in showers. Everything we needed was there.
