Recently refurbished studio apartment, 30 minute ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from the only rainforest in the U.S. national Park System, El Yunque Rainforest. With security at the main entrance of the condominium complex and lobby area of the building. The studio has been decorated with furniture sourced from a local artisan. It has a memory foam queen sized bed for an amazing night's sleep( there is an available full size air mattress in case you need to have a third person in the room, laundry area inside the apartment with washer and dryer, hot water for a relaxing shower, full kitchen (no dishwasher), brand new air conditioning unit which is extra quiet, we have wifi and cable tv.The condominium complex has a community pool, basketball court and racquetball court as well. The property is located minutes away from local Walgreens, Walmart and Amigo Supermarket for your essential shopping needs.The views from our property will convince you of what a beautiful Island this is and you will find relaxation in a privileged across the street from the beach.

Amazing views from the balcony! Number 1 reason why we picked this place. Loved falling asleep with the sound of waves. Neighbors were quiet. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Easy checking. Great location. We would stay here again.

Sadly, we were unable to meet our host in person, but he was very careful about giving us directions and the place was perfectly lovely! It was clean and homey with a definite flavor of the beach.The view of the beach with its palm trees was amazing! It was so nice to be able to hear the ocean waves as we slept. In the evening we enjoyed some time on the patio, watching the night life below. sorry to say, I turned on a small rechargeable light that was on the fridge, but couldn't figure out how to turn it off. By morning it had run out of charge. I apologize for that !We hope to go back to this lovely little hide-away again soon!Thank you!

Beautiful view and access to the beach

Property location was great and with a beautiful view. Easy access to Playa Azul. Close to kiosks, close drive to el Yunque. Only feedback is the windows and door to the apartment were leaky any hand towels

First time in Puerto Rico

From the second you open the door, you’re struck by an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony and just taking in the view. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly and we only needed to turn it on at night. The space is small and a little outdated, but it was just the right size for the two of us and suited our needs just fine.We felt very safe as the entrance to the condos are gated and staffed 24/7. There is also a security guard inside the building 24/7. It is a super short walk across the street to get to Luquillo Beach, and Rafael has beach chairs that we were able to use which was very convenient. The location was perfect for our needs as Fajardo and Ceiba are less than 30mins away. This property is only a 5min drive to the Luquillo kiosks—we really enjoyed Mohito Lab. There is also a grocery store, Walgreen’s and fast food options on the other side of the street of where the property is located.Rafael provided great suggestions for restaurants and easy instructions for our stay. Pasta y Pueblo was by far our favorite meal—make sure to book a reservation as they are very popular.We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Puerto Rico!

The condo was cute and had everything my husband and I needed for our stay including a fantastic view of my favorite beach. I went to bed hearing the waves and woke up to seeing them. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great property with an amazing view

Spent a weekend here with my partner and we had an amazing time. Views are incredible and it’s right across the street from a perfect little beach. Super close to town where they have a bunch of really good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View!

My wife and I had a fun stay at this condo. It is small however perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean sea and area around the condo. The view was incredible and Playa Azul Beach below was the best! The security in the condo was outstanding and people around the property were very nice. Restaurants were abundant and only about a mile from the fun Kiosk's area to eat and enjoy P.R. food. Rafael was a great host and answered any questions I had. Enjoy the beach!

This place was perfect for us!! The view from the Balcony is breathtaking! The Studio has everything you need and more! The building is centrally located and it had 24/7 Security! The owner even took time to meet with us since we are looking for something similar as a Vacation Home in PR! No need to look any further! We will stay here again very soon!!! This place gives you a feeling we never had before! Looking forward to our return.
