The presidential suite was not anything like the photos. The 10th floor hallway, smell of weed zero amenities tried to get in touch with the hotel manager. No one is ever available. Hotel is understaffed and security is horrible. I will say the valet crew was great.

Clean room. Very nice view on the ocean front. Pool was great. Staff could use some smiles. And beware of the $80/day deposit that no one mentions til you get here.

Staff was friendly especially our cleaning lady. I wish I knew her name as she was so kind and always friendly when we saw her! The concierge was helpful with booking excursions and giving good resteraunt recommendations. The pools and hottubs were clean. The beach is right there!

The room was decent. There was so much rust on everything (lamps, fire extinguishers, even the broken soap dishes). The staff didn’t share details about the amenities. The view was great. The lobby and elevator smells weird. Bed comfy. Clean linen.

The room was good, but there was minimal storage for 4 people also the coffee maker and fridge was in the shower area. Besides that the view was amazing just what I wanted.

This hotel was way too pricey for the experience. Beds smells moldy & were uncomfortable. I had ocean view suite & still didn’t have breakfast included in my package. No MICROWAVE in my room. So not provided any food & then couldn’t even warm up food I had. Rooms are super small!

The staff was wonderful. I love the beach and the pools both at the Condado plaza and the Hilton. However, the sink in the bath room was not clean and the coffee maker did not work. Did call to have it switched out but there was no resolve.

out dated for the price re: the lighting electrical outlets tv furniture. bathroom fan,safe,didnt work shower handle falls off coffee shop and bar slow service over crowded no formal resturant in the resturant had to go across the street for meals. no free water or coffee in lobby. staff was great very helpful and friendly
