My husband and i stayed for our anniversary. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is very clean with wonderful staff and easy access to everything. The pools are perfect with beach access. So much to do for couple and families. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed at this hotel thinking it was going to be beautiful due to being so close to the beach. The view was beautiful, but the hotel itself was terrible. The roofs had mold. The shower was so dirty, it was all glass and it was all dirty. The couch had so many stains. On top of that, they want to charge a daily fee of $38.15 just for staying there!? Like why!? None of the restaurants inside the hotel were open. You needed to go across the street to the other hotel to get food. Oh and if you are parking in their garage, it’s a daily fee as well of $20. There’s also no communication! Sunday there was a whole marathon right in front of the hotel, that we couldn’t even take our car out so we couldn’t even use our car that morning!!! It was infuriating!!! But yet they still want to charge us that parking fee for that day. TERRIBLE!

Stay for 6 days, I included the weekend for a little night life. Sat night they had a private party which put a damper on that night, especially we didn't want to drive anywhere. I think if should be known to the travelers and suggest somewhere else nearby for night life. Parking was a little challenging and pricey. Surrounded by water and my view was the street. The big one was the end of stay resort fees. I could understand if it were all-inclusive. Didn't appreciate the surprised charges. Staff and room very nice and clean.

The staff was kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. The ocean view with balcony is worth the extra money. My only concern was that there may be a bug issue - we saw 2 large roaches, a few baby roaches and ants during our 4 night stay. Please consider looking into this further.

I like that the cleaning stuff was very pleasant. I had a bad experience with one of the valley parking people outside, they were very rude and very nasty. It was a female with glasses. I like that we were able to use the Sister hotel when needed. I didn’t like the fact that there is no actual breakfast area. I had to go to the Sister hotel to have a good breakfast. The elevator was out of order the whole time that we were there so there was only one elevator that was in use so it took a long time to get to your room waiting for only one elevator.

Came with kids and first time in PR. Male staff was extremely inviting where females were less inviting and unfriendly. Checked in early which was a plus! Room was clean, beds were ok. People staying here were a vibe and everyone was amazing! At checkout, I was asked if we used the $50 credit that we knew nothing about. Our plane was delayed two hours after checkout and it would have been nice to use at the resort. Overall, it was nice stay. Kids had a great time with the events for kids. And the iguana hanging out and swimming in the pool was fun to watch.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, clean. The only con about the hotel is their elevators. While me and my boyfriend stayed, the 2 lobby elevators went out and had to use the pool elevator. They already had one not working, so this just added on. Overall, nice place to stay for family/friends and budget friendly

The hotel was very nice, two pools and access to the beach. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like is the hidden fees that you are not aware of until checking in, it’s $80 dollars per night for the hotel deposit, it’s $23-$31 dollars per night to park in their parking garage. The only amount that is mention on the website is $35 per night for the resort fee. I think they should definitely add these extra fees on the booking site just so guest will be aware and prepared.

Would not stay here again. Outside of our room had mold and I guess a worker over heard towards the end of our stay after being gone a couple hours we came back to it painted over. We booked a deluxe room and that only means “bigger” not an oceanfront or a nice view. We asked to be upgraded for additional cost.they told us they were sold out of rooms yet the two rooms across from us were being cleaned and empty the rest of our stay.

It could use a bit TLC and maybe a deep cleaning on the couches I had to use a sheet to be able to seat on the couch it was just too dirty for me. There was some mold in the shower. Other that that our stay was good

I had to report five times that my safety box was not working until they finally came to the room and fixed. On Sunday June 15 when we arrived around 10 Am it was only Elevator (Lyft) working out of 4, it was a caos trying to go the room and viceversa.
