The rooms we old smelled of mildew holes in the wall dirty sofa & curtains that were falling down , the had one working elevator and apparently its been like that the chose not to fix them this is the worst hotel ever.

The room wasn't in really good condition, aThe shower door leak water all over the floor no exhaust fan, no light in the shower, some lights didn't work, the main 2 Elevators where out of order and few more things to list but the staff were very attentive

During my stay, the initial room was unsanitary due to a significant cockroach infestation, presenting a clear health hazard. While I appreciate being transferred to a second room, this alternative accommodation was also inadequate as the ceiling was leaking. Furthermore, the room's design and maintenance were poor; notably, the electrical outlets were inconveniently hidden under the side drawers, making them difficult to access. The resort's general amenities were also severely lacking, with only two umbrellas available for the entire property, one of which was broken. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I consider booking this hotel a mistake.

Summary: Overall fine stay in San Juan. Will probably stay again if traveling there. Pros: Unbeatable location if you get an ocean facing room, walking distance to many restaurants, easy ride to Old San Juan, well maintained common areas, pool and garden. Excellent staff. Cons: Aging property - paint peeing off, only one elevator was working during our stay, TV has only analog channels, no streaming services.

The property is in a great location, but the condition of the building need improvement, staff is great, the main elevator was not working while I stayed there and we had to use th service elevator through out our stay, I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again due to the above comments

Arrived late was put in a room that i did not purchase i was extremely upset with the response that kings are over booked like i had t9 deal with it. 0hone didnt work,elevators were out of service. Following mid afternoon i was put in the correct room i paid for but i was not refunded any portion of my stay s8nce it was thru expedia as per mamager so i paid for a king ocean front with balcony and only experienced it for a few hours till my departure the following morning they would not even give me a late checkout so i had to wait for my cruise ship arrival time at 4pm wandering about till my time. This is unprofessional service at its best!
