Condado must do better…

Staff very nice and courteous. However. No updates to room or furniture, tub and sink clogged and fridge stopped working. Lamp rusted, bathroom needs updates. Bed lumpy but pillows were amazing. One working elevator in the lobby. The staff said the entire hotel will be renovated in Dec. it is a very safe environment. The pools and hot tubs were exceptional.

What I didn’t like about the property they have hidden fees that they don’t shares, plus you can’t swim in the pool after certain hours and my room was lieaking water. Love the beach access, love the pool and pool bar. Wish there was more food options and places in the hotel and wish they hotel lobby bar was open more often and longer hours.
