I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday on June 6, and I had an amazing experience. The staff truly made all the difference. John and Jessica at check-in were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Yamlet was also fantastic and shared wonderful suggestions for historical sites in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special thank you to John, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience memorable. He really helped make my birthday trip special. Because of the outstanding service from the entire team, our stay was truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

This boutique hotel was beautiful through and through. It was incredibly clean, well managed and looked exactly as the photos described. It’s like a mini oasis in the middle of San Juan. The hotel location is ideal as it’s located close to restaurants, convenience stores, beaches, etc., and the staff were incredible. The hotel itself will also be opening its own restaurant in a week! The main hostess, Jess, was more than accommodating, so pleasant and attended to the needs of all the guests and to the property itself. She really made you feel welcomed whether you were a solo traveler or traveling with others. Jonathan, the security was also super helpful and added to the safe and serene ambiance of the hotel. If the water happens to go out (which temporarily happens in many areas in San Juan) the hotel is prepared with needed supplies. While the front office closes at night, there always seemed to be someone available to help out. Overall I had a 9.5/10 stay and will definitely stay here again!
