There were lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel was nice, property staff was friendly, front staff was awesome!

I booked a room with one queen bed through expedia. We did not like the room number assigned to us, so wanted to change rooms. I was told no other similar room available, and we could not cancel at that time so accepted an upgrade to a room with one king bed. The upgrade charge was $77. I paid Expedia $275 already. So paid $352 for ONE NIGHT with ONE KING bed room. The price difference online is not that big

Definitely effort goes into making this hotel/motel look nice. It had nicely maintained pool area and grounds. The rooms were actually larger than other hotels. The rooms were clean. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I would stay here again. If I had to suggest something for improvement, maybe a power wash, or paint, on the stairs could be done? But overall, the public areas were very nice.

The front desk went above and beyond! They immediately assisted us after we accidentally made a mistake with our booking. We also used the spa, which was very relaxing. The rooms are cozy and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Comfy room, convenient location, pretty grounds

We had a lovely stay at the Adelaide inn. It Is not super fancy but carefully cared for with whimsical and beautiful gardens. Very basic breakfast, so we ate out, comfy bed and room with fun wine country theme, friendly staff and bonus of micro golf in the pool area- ask at the desk to borrow clubs. A really good value for the area. Neighborhood is very commercial but handy in being close to downtown and other things like River Oaks Hot springs
