Accommodations fine. Carpet throughout dirty and stained. Entrance sitting area run down- chairs ripped and dirty carpet stained. Morning young male employees at front desk had zero customer service. Not friendly, didn’t acknowledge any guests. Heads down… probably on their personal cell phones… which I did see happening. Breakfast employee never talked, said hi or even smiled… all days I was there. She did not seem nice or that she wanted to be there. Very poor customer service and run down facility.

Beautifully updated older property, Very quiet. Convenient location close to Cal Poly, Free parking which is nearly unheard of in San Luis Obispo where nearly everything costs. Even street parking downtown is 24/7 and costs over $3.00/hr. I'll be SOOO glad when our granddaughter graduates and we no longer will have any reason to go back to what I think is the ripoff capital of California!
