Do not stay!!

Very rude employees at check in. Outside of property well kept, rooms in very bad shape. Dust everywhere, sunflower seed shells on carpet in one room. Corner of air/heating unit rusted and crumbling onto floor. Exposed carpet tacks between restroom area and main room. Hole in wall where hair dryer was supposed to be. No knob on bedside table lamp in one room, no lamp at all in second room. I could go on and on but I suppose the owners just don’t take pride in a job well done. In this case providing a safe and comfortable space. We were traveling with a 2yr old and that’s not acceptable. The sharp and crumbling ac/heating unit is probably a health code violation.

Just OK!

The bed was so old my husband and I felt like we were sleeping in canoes! He had one on his side as I did on mine, with a huge hump in the middle!! All night it felt like I’d roll off the bed! The leg fell off the table in the room and the lamp next to my side of the bed wasn’t even plugged in because it couldn’t reach the plug!! Bathroom light switch plate had a huge gap under it from it not being placed correctly. The front door had such a huge gap underneath and on the side you could see daylight! I pulled back the covers and removed several long hairs from the sheets! Needless to say I didn’t sleep much! But for the price I shouldn’t complain!! Wish I had taken pictures!!

I liked that it was walking distance to the ocean. Nothing unique about this place....BUT....the first room was not clean properly & I found a couple of hairs in the bed. I asked for a different room & he took me to look at it & the room was just as bad. He got upset that I was about to lift the sheets & didn't want me to mess up the bed as I did the other room. I was explaining to him I was checking the sheets & he was upset. I started checking everything else & I was discusted. Will NOT stay there again. I was disapointed I paid the amount I paid.

Very close to the beach, amazing restaurant. Only thing we did not like is that it said we would have a jacuzzi for the family room and got a tub that had jets. We called the property before hand and where confirmed it was a jacuzzi, maybe it was a language barrier

When you go in the lobby all you smell is curry! The staff was rude when it came to parking. We had a suit which was literally two connected rooms and we came in 2 cars. They rufused to assign 2 parking pkaces saying they were limitwd however there was always parking when we were outside morning or night. We had to leave one car on the street because they would have towed us. The walls were thin and you could hear everything from the surrounding guests. The carpeted floors were dirty. Our granddaughters pants were black from crawling around. They have cockroaches in the bathroom. Finally, there was no hot water to shower with in the mornings.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. The moment we stepped in the room and looked around and walked right out. I asked the manager for a refund, they refused. The manager came up to the room and said there was nothing wrong with it. He then brought me to another room. That room recently had new carpet put in, the room reeked of chemicals. I called Expedia they called the property. The manager refused to give me a refund. I called my bank and filled a complaint and disputed the charges.

Needs sprucing up

Daily housekeeping was promised but no one made the beds or cleaned the bathrooms. Carpet was dirty and in poor condition.
