This is a beautiful property with a great location right next to the main square at Paso with restaurants, shopping and a movie theater just steps away. The room was modern, upscale and clean. The only negative was our check-in with a very discourteous front desk woman who was on the phone when we arrived and did not even acknowledge our presence for almost ten minutes while she was on the phone making no effort to end the conversation which at times appeared to be a personal phone call. When she finally hung up she made no effort to apologize for what had transpired and spoke to us in a very impersonal and matter of fact manner. Despite this I would definitely return to this beautiful and conveniently located hotel.
