Our second time staying here. It wasn't as clean as it was our first visit, but it was still acceptable. We love the affordability and location is good. Will continue to stay here whenever we visit Pismo.

This place was filthy. Upon arrival our new room had a dirty t shirt rolled up under the table. The floors were dirty and not cleaned or vacuumed. The room smelled awful of cigarettes. The entire evening was a loud noisy neighbor that lives in the inn and was up the entire night. There was no air conditioning!!! Do not stay here!!! It is a rip off and very poorly kept and management offered only $50 off for our horrible stay. Save your time and skip over this place!!!

One night get away

It’s a ok hotel if it’s just for a night stay, Need better pillows and bed not so comfortable. It’s a basic hotel nothing fancy , about 4 minute drive to Pismo beach

The room smelt so strong like cleaning products. One of the windows did not lock. It was a place to sleep so it did its job but I wouldn’t stay here again.

very satisfied with the room!!!!

The room was very clean. We really like this day. The TV was small. I would suggest getting new towels because they are very worn out but everything in the room was nice and clean the shower. We were very happy with our stay.

If you don’t expect much, you’ll be fine.

It was just a very basic room to stay in after my Son’s Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didn’t expect much, and it wasn’t much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because I’m not too picky.

I would not stay here again. No AC in the unit so it was a hot sleep. The towels were old and stained. The soap and conditioning shampoo actually made us feel dirty. We asked for new towels in the morning of our second overnight and when we got back for the day at 6 pm, they had not been to the room. We fetched towels on our own from the laundry. The guests on our last night were partying into the night with some guests blasting music from their car in the tiny inner parking lot at midnight and again at 5:30 am. While that was rude, I would expect management to come out and ask them to quiet it down for the other guests. There are many independently operated motels in the area that offer a much better experience than this motel.
