First floor apartment, directly on the San Mauro Mare beach and 100 mt. from the central square.

The private garden, fenced, is partly paved and partly in the sand for the entertainment of children.

It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed; on request we add a single bed. Kitchen with sofa, bathroom with shower, outdoor pergola with living and tv. Totally renovated, it is tastefully furnished with all the comforts. E 'with two parking spaces inside the enclosure. Ideal for families with children due to its location you can fully enjoy the salutary effects of the sea air.

Its proximity to the center also allows you to spend the evenings with shopping and entertainment.
