Room was clean but located right next to the laundry area and elevator. The walls are super thin. You could hear everything. The door to our room had holes in it with only toilet paper stuffed in it.

The food is more than great but the staff I'm not really happy about it, we where there for 3 nights and our stay included breakfast but every time we when to take breakfast we can see the discrimination. They prefer to attend American people. We are from here Mexico but came to take vacations here in San Miguel de Allende and the ladies who were serving they didn't care about taking care of us didn't offer coffee and were laughing when we wrere walking out of the restaurant. Other inconvenience is the door didn't lock, The guy who was helping us was really nice and helpful he fixed the door . My recommendation the can teach their staff to be respectful no matter if people is Hispanic or American.
The food is more than delicious..if you stay in thisbhotel I 100%recommend the Chilaquiles verdes

Rooms with no phone, no coffee maker, no microwave. The bathroom was so small, that they installed the sink in the bedroom. The worst part was the elevator that got stuck twice within an hour.

Very good stay

They changed my room for another one in the second floor that was more spacious and with a big window. I am happy with my stay, the hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. It some blocks of the main square full of stores, restaurants and coffee shops, it is really convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hacienda Monteverde. The location was about a 10 min walk to the city center. It was very safe as wel walked back to the hotel late at night. The staff was very kind and helpful is continental but helpful for starting our day and included regular coffee some rolls with butter and jam and fruit with granola. There is an additional charge if you want any additional breakfast items our room is clean and comfortable and very spacious. We paid was very affordable and the place was very nice .

The parking area was very safe, the breakfast in the courtyard was outstanding, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The only negative if you were really looking for one was proximity to Centro in San Miguel. It was about a 20 minute walk.
