There is no phone in the rooms the air conditioner we replaced in a non-VIP room traffic was loud you had to keep the window open to stay cool at night then you had to worry about the mosquitoes coming in the front desk gentlemen were not very helpful at all there was one young lady Lydia, who was Very helpful. She was the one that gave us all the information that we needed to do some excursions I would not stay there again, just due to the fact that there is no air conditioning, no phone. Customer service was just OK. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

This property is excellent. It is in a convenient location, the rooms are clean, and it has everything you need. The staff was very kind, and Josue from the front desk was very helpful with our transportation. It has a restaurant for breakfast, food is good and very reasonable prices. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Safe! Beautiful property. Walkable to the plaza/church. Many food on options of course. Keep an eye out on creeps looking for an opportunity. We ate at Silverios near the plaza, it was delicious. 😋And, they had the 2x1 drink special. I really enjoy dinner here. Make sure you indicate how you like your meat cooked.
