No se respetó mi reservación

Pésimo, no se respetó mi reservación aún y cuando ya estaba pagada. La dueña del lugar no me respondía el teléfono y solo me mandó un mensaje diciendo “Lo siento, hubo problemas con tu reserva, comunícate con hoteles.com” No recomiendo para nada el lugar y espero consideren mi comentario las personas que tengan contemplado hospedarse en este lugar
