This hotel and the service were exceptional, the only downside is after checkout. They won’t send my invoice, asking for a Mexicain fiscal document which is a first for me. During this trip, we stayed at 5 different hotels in Mexico and none ask for a fiscal document.

Las instalaciones están increíbles, el Staff siempre es muy atento y sobre todo siempre nos sentimos seguros respecto a la limpieza. El único punto que no nos convenció fue la cata, para mi gusto tiene un precio alto para lo que te dan.
