It is located on the main street of the Egia neighborhood, a few steps from Zurriola Beach, five minutes walk from the Center of San Sebastián and also close to the Old Town. It is surrounded by all kinds of services and is also just 300 meters from the train and bus station.

Its neat distribution has a beautiful living room with large windows overlooking the street and a balcony in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen with a dynamic dining room is integrated in the living room to enjoy the free time also in the kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the last one with a single bed. The layout is completed by a modern and very spacious bathroom with shower located in the hallway.
