The modern kitchen is designed for simplicity, perfect for quick breakfasts or lunches on the go, as well as for whipping up an elegant dinner. We have all the essentials you will need.
Three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen beds, high-quality sheet sets, ceiling fans, blackout cellular blinds, and light-blocking curtains, along with a SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep.
The Master bedroom showcases a sleek design with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, cellular blackout blinds, light-blocking curtains, and a 55" TV for streaming that movie you've been eager to watch before falling asleep.

Outside:
Enjoy a stunning 15,000-gallon saltwater pool with a Baja deck, perfect for cooling off and spending quality time with friends or family. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas to provide shade from the sometimes intense Arizona sun.
A practical patio pergola allows ample light while providing enough shade for you to enjoy your time outdoors. Additionally, there is a grill and outdoor dining area, complemented by a comfortable patio furniture setup for relaxation.

Our property also features fresh fruit trees throughout the growing season such as oranges and lemons. You are welcome to pick one or several to enjoy during your visit.

Property was located in San Tan Valley, AZ. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Deborah our host was amazing. She was so attentive and responded to any questions or messages instantly. Deborah also had in depth knowledge of the area, things to do and restaurants and was always willing to make recommendations. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, drink ware and cooking needs. Each bedroom was equipped with a tv and the master had a nice ensuite. The outdoor patio/dining area was comfortable and provided plenty of shade. The fruit tree orchard filled the air with such a nice fragrance and also provided fresh lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges. The pool was awesome and provided much needed relief from the record high temperatures we experienced. There was also an extra large umbrella on the pool deck and another umbrella for the baja portion of the pool. The house was equipped with a/c and plenty of ceiling fans. This pet friendly property met all of our needs and would definitely recommend staying here.

Our host definitely stood out. Deborah was incredibly attentive, made sure we had every appliance and item we needed, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. The amenities were also great, especially the well-equipped kitchen and family-friendly games.
