Soggiorno piacevole

Buona la posizione rispetto al mare e ai luoghi l'interesse della zona. Camere spaziose e funzionali, però non da 4 stelle. Pulizia e cura degli spazi comuni molto attenta nonostante la struttura non sia nuova. Cucina di buona qualità e varietà anche se non sempre in linea con i miei gusti. Avrei apprezzato un po' più di cordialità da parte di camerieri e adetti in genere ma capisco che a fine stagione i sorrisi di cortesia sono terminati.

Ottimo hotel qualità/prezzo

Pro: Molto carina la struttura, moderne le camere che affacciano sul giardino (O con terrazzino se ubicate al piano superiore). L'hotel è in un ottima posizione, bella la spiaggia dell'hotel, bellissime le spiagge adiacenti (alcune raggiungibili a piedi). Cibo buono ed abbondante, buffet sempre rifornito e camerieri gentili e celeri. La presenza di molti stranieri per me è un enorme pro, si sta "meglio". Contro: È un villaggio "bimbocentrico", se si vuole il relax non è proprio l'ideale. Servizio spiaggia da migliorare, sia per la Maleducazione di alcuni elementi, sia per la pulizia del mare antistante (alcuni lidi della zona rimuovono le alghe in eccesso). Un paio di elementi del personale da dimenticare, rovinano l'eccellente lavoro di tutti gli altri. Non so come un 4 stelle possa permettere certi comportamenti. Nelle strutture grandi c'è sempre meno cura in alcuni dettagli. Sull'animazione non mi esprimo, visto e considerato che non mi interessa, (anzi se non ci fosse stata, per noi che cercavamo relax, sarebbe stato anche meglio), ma non posso esprimermi sul loro operato, non avendo usufruito del servizio. Unica pecca della ristorazione, la colazione all'italiana, in particolare il latte dalla macchinetta è pessimo, lo stesso quello freddo. Lo consiglierei comunque, ma con alcune riserve. Ha sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, nulla da dire su struttura,posizione e ristorazione. Da migliorare qualche altro aspetto.

Posizione strategica ma pessima organizzazione

ASPETTI POSITIVI - posizione ottima: spiaggia di Salina Bamba (appena passabile) a pochi minuti, Cala Brandinchi a circa 15 minuti di cammino; - pulizia camere: come nei migliori altri villaggi da noi visitati; - personale ristorante: sempre gentili e pronti a risolvere qualunque problema. ASPETTI NEGATIVI - organizzazione evanescente: in agosto, proporre una sola escursione settimanale nei mari antistanti (isole di Tavolara e Molara in primis) è inqualificabile, nessun servizio diving. Slegata dal territorio circostante; - snack bar: non cercate snack (non cercate patatine, non ne hanno), vi rimandano all'edicola (vedi punto successivo). Per ben due volte (orario circa 22:30) ci è stato detto che non avevano Coca Cola. Discreti invece i cocktail; - edicola: per avere delle normali patatine abbiamo dovuto attendere due giorni. Abbiamo risolto comprandone qualche pacco a San Teodoro; - pasti: da evitare i primi e le paste in generale. Esageratamente al dente oppure scotte. Meglio i secondi e i contorni. Buona la pizza (a tutti i pasti). Vini rossi e rosati inaciditi, imbevibili; bianco dato per 12% ma dubito che arrivasse a 10%. Alcuni giorni assenza di yogurt per colazione; - animazione: a parte la ragazza che organizzava l'acquagym, praticamente assente. Va bene essere discreti ma almeno la presentazione delle attività... Su 7 giorni di soggiorno, per sole 3 notti è stato proposto uno spettacolo (carino ma niente di originale)

Posto incantevole

Ottima posizione, l'hotel si trova vicino a diverse spiagge alcune raggiungibili a piedi, altre in pochi minuti di macchina. Ottima cucina, si trova di tutto, staff molto professionale e gentile a tutti i livelli. Location molto suggestiva, zona piscina molto bella, complimenti per l'organizzazione dell'aerobica in acqua. Spiagge incantevoli a cominciare dalla spiaggia davanti all'albergo. Camere ottime, bagno spazioso e confortevole con doccia di grandi dimensioni, ottima climatizzazione. Unico neo poca insonorizzazione (ma solo in caso di vicini molesti) altrimenti è tutto ok. Gite molto interessanti organizzate direttamente in hotel, animazione serale incentrata prevalentemente per bambini. Nel complesso però un ottimo albergo, da ritornare sicuramente.

Séjour du 21 juillet au 3 août 2017

Avec ma fille nous avons fait un séjour d'une semaine dans cet hotel qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles, je dirais plutôt un 2 étoiles. Dans la semaine nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre; dans la première fuite de la douche du dessus nous recevions des morceaux de peinture qui se décollaient du plafond; deuxième chambre odeur horrible de moisissure, irrespirable tous nos vêtements ont pris l'odeur en une nuit, des nuées de moustiques; troisième chambre acceptable. Les serviettes de toilettes propres ne sentent pas bon. Le buffet n'est pas génial, vraiment ordinaire. Le personnel de l'hotel n'est pas souriant ni avenant ainsi que la responsable des excursions qui ne nous répondait même pas à notre bonjour. Peu parle le français. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, location de routeur 25€/semaine ou 8€/jour. Pour beaucoup voyager, je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel, mais je recommande la destination. Pour ce qui est de la région les plages sont magnifiques et le nature encore sauvage.
