Villa Lu Impostu is a private villa with swimming pool which comfortably accommodates 10 people (max 16).  The villa is 800 meters away from the nearest beach ("Lu Impostu" beach, more than 1km of length, also reachable on foot), and 1,5 km far from Puntaldia village that offers a lot of services (among which golf, tennis, swimming pool, supermarket, tobacconist, cafe, photo service etc.) and whose beach "La Cinta" with its 2km of dunes of white sand connects Puntaldia to San Teodoro village (4km far from the villa, straight down on the "Orientale Sarda" road).
The Olbia - Coast Smeralda Airport and Olbia Harbour, where ferries dock, are less than 20 km far.
The villa has a huge dining room with a big fireplace and a living room, dinette kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 5 bathrooms, double sofa beds in the living room and a closed veranda at the entrance with sofa bed and blackout curtains, with enough room for up to 16 people.
Two of the bedrooms are external from the rest of the house, with independent bathroom and entrance.
There is also a porch with sliding glass doors, a terrace all around the house and a huge garden (1500mq). Additional external kitchen with sink, cookers and barbecue.
The villa is fully renovated (2019) and it has also an external shower on the back and a 25mq panoramic solarium on the roof with another shower and a splendid sea view.
Among other services:
Internet WI-FI in all rooms and in the terrace, air conditioning DAIKIN in each room, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cylinder, electric oven, sat-tv with flat HD LCD TV, remote controlled gate, intercom.

Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible around check in and out - much appreciated. As mentioned to Chiara there are a few areas for improvement. A villa manual would help with finding/operating things including the satellite tv as the intro to the villa by the housekeeper is very quick and in Italian. The contents of the kitchen cupboards and equipment need a complete overhaul- many multiples of some items (seems like a catering store) and insufficient others eg water glasses, sharp knives. Some items eg table coverings, damaged cutlery need replacing. All in all however a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Thank you!

Nice property surrounded by lovely gardens and superb pool. Electronic gates to entrance. We could walk to local beach which was excellent for swimming, great for small children and adults alike. 2 good local restaurants and supermarket within walking distance but car essential. We had a few issues with internet not working, electric gates being temperamental, but there was good communication between Chiara, local agent and ourselves so these issues were dealt with. It would have been helpful to have been met at property by someone who spoke English to have a clearer understanding of local area etc. However, all in all we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend

Better than on pictures

Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again.

The villa is really lovely with lots of room - we were 10 so a big group. The pool was quite cold, but refreshing in the heat, and the location is perfect. 10 mins from the beach <3

Un sejour vraiment agreable et exceptionnel dans cette villa grande et bien agencée. Tout est facile avec Chiara et Veronica. La piscine est vraiment tres agreable.Pour finir, la proximite avec la superbe plage de Lu impostu est un vrai plus.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren 3 Tage mit 12 Personen in der Villa. Es war ausreichend Platz für die Übernachtung aller Personen.Sehr viel Platz auf dem Anwesen, viel Schatten, am großem Pool sonnig und geräumig. Gepflegte und abwechslungsreich angelegte Wohnanlage. Relativ kleine aber sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gute Verbindung zu vielen Stränden. Haben auch viele Empfehlungen zu den Stränden der Umgebung erhalten.

Très jolie villa

Nous avons passé une semaine à deux familles avec 6 enfants dans cette villa. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine, la maison est propre et la décoration soignée, les chambres sont agréables et la cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande cette location !

We were able to spend our vacation at Villa Lu Impostu with a family we are friends with. We found a clean, very well-maintained house with great furnishings. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Villa war sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Es gab nur 2-3 kleinere Mängel, die aber nicht schlimm waren. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und die Villa ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Chiara vom Ferienhaus war sehrHilfsbereit schon im voraus bei Fragen rund um das Haus aber auch für die Umgebung. Sie hat schnell und ausführlich zurück geschrieben. Das Haus war super wir waren 4 Parteien, zwei mit kleinen Kindern. Unser Zimmer hatte drei Betten, wenn wir zu dritt im Zimmer gewesen wären, so wäre es zu eng gewesen kein Platz für alles Gepäck. Aber zu zweit war es super. Die Umgebung des Hauses war Traumhaft, auch der Pool hatte eine super grösse. Bei der Müll entsorgung waren wir zu wenig informiert, dass jeder Tag eine Mülltonne vor das Toor gestellt werden müsste.

Casa spaziosa dalla vista magnifica

La location della casa é davvero notevole, la piscina nuova é molto bella ed un plus importante, soprattutto con bimbi e ragazzi. La casa é grande e spaziosa con una vista magnifica, unica cosa migliorabile l’arredamento e i bagni che potrebbero essere ammodernati. Sia Chiara (la proprietaria) che Veronica (la signora incaricata della pulizia e la gestione dei check in/out) sono molto gentili e disponibili, comunicazione impeccabile e compatibilmente con i clienti precedenti danno supporto e disponibilità di check in anticipato. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

Vacanza a San Teodoro

La casa di Chiara è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, eravamo un gruppo di amici ognuno con dei bambini e ci siamo sentiti in armonia perché la casa è organizzata molto bene per accogliere le persone. Un bellissimo giardino curato e ciliegina sulla torta la piscina , utilissima per le giornate più calde. Consiglio vivamente la Villa di Chiara.

una vacanza da sogno

la villa è stata di più di quello che si può vedere dalle foto : gli spazi interni ed esterni e le camere spaziose, cucina e giardino con barbecue che abbiamo sfruttato ogni giorno, bagni per tutti... veramente una casa da condividere con gli ami e sentirsi tutti bene. la vicinanza al mare e la vista mozzafiato erano la ciliegina su la torta !

Struttura perfetta e in una posizione ottima. Comoda per gruppi numerosi, un luogo rilassante con un giardino ben curato e pieno di colori. Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate davvero magiche.
