I know a lot of places have nicer than actual photos in their listing but this place is the absolute worst. We booked this place for 3 nights. The area is highly dirty and unsafe. Our room honestly looked like a jail cell. The worst part was that there were body hair throughout. On the floor, bathroom and our bed. We had to put clothes over the comfortor to feel feel clean while we slept. We arrived after midnight so we had to stay the night, otherwise we would have booked a different place. In the morning we checked out. We immediately reached out to expedia which was great. They immediately credited us with points for the inconvenience. The hotel manager only offered us another room but denied us of a refund. A bad hotel that does NOT stand behind their place and care about their customers. Not recommended 👎

I didn’t like anything about this property. The moment we drove on the property we seen one of the employees beating on a homeless male. Come to find out that employee was the manager/owner. The room was very small and lacked any space to store your items. The microwave smelled very bad. Even though the website says the service animals are acceptable the manager made up reasons to get us to leave because he didn’t want my service animals there. Not a family friendly nor service animal friendly place. Beware before booking a stay!!!!

The tub was not cleaned, had pubic hairs and could not use the tub there was no way to hold in the bath water. In my bed were long black hairs. I am blonde. Booked room for two people, literally given only 2 small towels for both of us to use. Forget washing your hair. No extra blankets in the room. Gentleman in the office did give some helpful information about crossing the boarder, the women who I reported these problems to only said I will go take a look. I expained we cleaned the hairs so we could take a shower. She wasnt very surprised.

The room was very dirty. The floor seemed like it was never swept or mopped. There was cocroches in the bathroom sink and bathroom wall. I spoke to the reception and they did move us room, but it was just as disgusting as the previous room. I had no other choice, but to stay there, due to it being 1am and no other hotel options nearby. I couldn't even sleep just thinking about the cocroches. I was extremely disappointed. I wish the hotel would have offered a refund for my stay.
