It absolutely reeked of marijuana throughout the hotel, pool and hot tub were filthy, no towels at the pool, asked front desk for some, never arrived. Was charged $20 for two orange juices at the front desk, food at breakfast was meh, it was ok, fairly quiet and pretty clean for such a huge place. Staff seems overwhelmed.

One of the reasons we stayed here was because breakfast was included. Nothing was said about it at check-in nor was there any information in our room. We went down at 9:37 only to be told it closed at 9:30. Very disappointing.

Hotel was in poor condition. The room itself was outdated, room keys hardly worked and the bathroom had issues with the toilet and the shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

We arrived after 10pm which was supposed to be quiet time but kids were in the parking lot running around screaming and playing kickball. Hallways were also loud with running heard. Room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was included but too crowded to get or enjoy. We had to take what food we did get to another area to enjoy. Staff just sat in door entryway. Probably would not do again due to crowd and noise.

Nice.. but you won’t rest ..

The property itself was nice, my room 2018 Smelled horrible of cat urine.. even the cleaning lady agreed. She mentioned telling the boss the carpets needed cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, it took a long time to shower and wash hair. The first night (Thurs) hotel was quiet by 11 pm nothing other than usual hotel noise. Friday night there was no sleeping . Loud music blasting, kids running up & down the hallway, marijuana smoke coming under the room door. I called the front desk 3 times. The associate was nice but the crowd did not calm down until 4:30am and I was to be up at 6am for my daughter’s ball game. The location, breakfast options and hotel cleanliness was all good. But room 2018 and the crowd was less than reasonable . When checking out the associaties took my name and number for the manager to call me on Monday, of course that never happened .

The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most

They need to put a group of teenagers in their own section. We had to deal with a group of girls running up and down the hall and talking and laughing until 3:30 am. They need to be in their own section and this should be told to them when they check in. We had to leave early in the morning and only had a few hours of sleep. Very disappointed
