Fun in the sun

We loved the ocean and the sandbar, the convenience of the chairs and the umbrellas every morning. We stayed on the beach for almost 12 hours every day and all you need is your towel it was beautiful we will be back

Extremely rude

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience! We arrived a Friday afternoon to a unit with not a properly functioning A/C... I called the front office and apparently there was nothing they can do.. I had to go to Walmart and buy 3 large fans in order for kids and elders to sleep! Not only did they never fix the issue, they were extremely rude when we called and when maintenance came out. He basically told us , if he can deal with it so can we. I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Update: just received a call from office manager , Kari... I have never been yelled at or scolded in such a manner. She threatened to press charges against me and was told I was black listed from the resort. All because I posted a review about the truth that my family went thru. To say I DO NOT recommend this resort is an understatement. Oh

Great property!

We had a blast. Beach is very close to property. We had to change units to 532 from the original 722 due to renovation work in that building, but it was equally as nice.
