The villa is located between Sant Pol de Mar and Sant CebriĂ de Vallalta, on the Maresme coast. The villa is 2.5 km from the sea and 45 km north of Barcelona.
It is a very spacious villa distributed in two floors with superb sea and mountain views.
With a capacity for 12 people, the villa can be rented whole or divided into two apartments. One for 8 people and the other for 4 people.
It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and a large garden, BBQ and chill-out corner as well as swings for children and an optional private tennis court: supplement of 150 ⏠per week. .
It is the ideal villa to spend a few days with family or 2 families to go to the beach and play sports.
