One member of staff threatened to call police due to me complaining my room had not been cleaned for 4 days I had to make my own beds up with sheets as they wouldn’t Asking for clean towels was an issue had to use dirty towels for 3 days I was ignored when I would ask for help staff would ignore me and go to other guests who were white felt unsafe due to them wanting to call police My nephew was killed in Spain 3 years ago and police treated us badly So that bought up a lot of worrying feelings And I had my grandson with me spent holiday feeling nervous and scared I have video of my room

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort durch wenn jemand auf den Gängen spricht. Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, riecht feucht und miefig. Frühstück wird in einem anderen Haus eingenommen.

Schöne große Apartments leider gegenüber von Disco und neben stark befahrener Straße. Das schlimmste war das das Schlafzimmerfenster in das Stiegenhaus ging und im Schlafzimmer eine Rot blinkende Lampe ist, schlafen konnte man nicht

Apartementos waren sehr groß und sauber.Großer Balkon mit Meerblick.Ca.300m bis zum Meer und 150m bis zur Shoppingmeile.Sehr gutes FS und sehr nettes Personal.Auch die Zimmer wurden ordentlich gereinigt.
