The staff was nice overall. The building itself is in bad shape. Room smelled of severe mildew/mold. There was a leak appearing in between beds. Not sure where the water was coming from. We had to move rooms. Our second room smelled slightly better but once again there was water all over the floor. Turned out the mini fridge was not connected and the ice had melted everywhere. We were brought towels and had to clean it up ourselves. The doors didn’t close properly and the key card didn’t always work. The bathroom sink was clogged the whole time and had dirt and other things coming up. The elevator buttons also didn’t always work. We would press our floor number and it wouldn’t light up and keep going past the floor we pressed. The staff was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a terrible experience, the room's air conditioning was broken, the bed was crooked with a sunken mattress, they didn't clean the room, and the money I paid as a deposit upon arrival still hasn't been refunded to my debit card.

Picked this location because it was close to the Santa Ana airport after a delayed flight. The room conditions were not the best. We had to change rooms due to a faulty window and our next room had a faulty smoke detector that took 45 minutes to be fixed. The on site restaraunt was fine. We didn't get to use the airport shuttle since it didn't operate early enough for out flight. Breakfast also wasn't an option since we left too early. The staff was very accommodating with all the issues we had.

I couldn’t get room service despite my requests. The air conditioning/heating didn’t work properly. The front desk didn’t answer their phone. The internet connection was very poor and unreliable. The elevators were not operating sometimes. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have stayed there many times before over the years. But, this is the second time in a row that I have been very disappointed.

The day I was to checkout, part of the ceiling in my room caved in. When the piece of drywall fell out, it revealed mold in that area of the ceiling. Upon Informing the staff, absolutely no concern or consideration was shown. I have had breathing difficulties since my stay and have sought medical attention.
