Right when we got into the hotel room there was no towel and no shower curtain. Went to front lobby to ask for some and never received them. Had to go back down and ask again and once again we never received them. We had to shower with no shower curtain and hand towels. The pool had no towels either. The next day I once again went back down to ask for some and yet again we were told they were going to take some to the room and we never received them. To top all that of we left for about an hour and came back and the food we had left on the table in the room was gone. We were confused as to where the our food had gone. I go down stairs and ask the the receptionist if room service can just go into the room without letting us know and take our things

Don’t expect much

It Seemed like they were short staff as they were lacking cleanliness. The floor that we were in had trash bags full of trash outside rooms in hallways and trash pieces next to the elevator that were never picked up the entire time we were there. There was only one towel in the bathroom, front desk never answers the phone, housekeeping never answered either.

Very dirty! The bathroom vanity was falling apart. The floors in the room were filthy, we could not take off our shoes. They had a towel shortage, we had to go to the front desk to get towels. Housekeeping and the front desk did not answer the phone when we called.

The hotel was nicely designed and the lobby had a beautiful skylight, but it was definitely showing it's age. There was chipping and damage in the bathroom and around the room, and the place smelled really old. Breakfast was a big affair though, with a lot of food options, so that was a bonus.

I had no AC in my room, when asked to move there were no rooms available. Maintenance person said there were 2 compressors down and only 1 working for entire hotel. This is ridiculous in the summer. I was given a fan for my room. Tried to move the next day and was told again there were no rooms!

Hope Someone Who Can Fix This Reads It

The staff are so very nice and the price for the area isn’t bad, but the hotel is run down and the elevator got stuck for a few minutes with me and two others in it. When I reported to the front desk - they called maintenance and he said it happens a lot - not to worry it usually only lasts for 5 minutes or so. While I do appreciate the honesty, the thought of being stuck in an elevator that the ownership knows doesn’t work reliably is not something I expect from Hilton…and it’s terrifying. That was night one of a two night stay.

Upon entry, the lobby is beautiful. But the room was a major disappointment. It took 3 times going back to the receptionist to get our keys to work. Once we got in, we noticed it was very warm. We turned the AC on and our room never got under 74 degrees. One day it was 78. We text a worker and he said they fixed it but the room was uncomfortable the whole stay. The bathroom had very noticeable water damage. Our kids slept on the pull out couch. Sheets and blankets were not provided so we used some from our bed so the kids didn’t have to lay on it without coverage. We flew with our children’s life jacket because pools and swimming are a must. We went and bought goggles for the children. The pool was so cloudy, you couldn’t see your own body in the water with goggles. The hot tub was also a fail, as it was like a luke warm bath. The staff were nice but don’t let the lobby fool you. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

The AC was down on all 3 rooms we tried to switch to. Seems like a hotel wide issue. The staff was helpful in getting fans to cool our rooms. At least the breakfast was good.
