Arrived at the hotel and greeted by a homeless person at the door. The guy at the front desk had an attitude. The bed was impossible to sleep on the rooms were dirty or dingy just run down looking. Staff at breakfast was great and friendly and that’s about the only plus side of my whole stay there

Pros:Staff is friendly and helpful. It's quiet and we felt safe. Cons:The building is very run down. The breakfast buffet is lacking. We stay at a lot of Embassy hotels and this one has the least to offer than any we've ever stayed at.

The rooms were not as clean and fresh as we would have liked. The bathroom was dusty in the corners with grime caked to the wall. There was also toilet tissue stuffed in the fan of the bathroom which was odd.

The first room I was assigned had a large area of the carpet outside the bathroom soaking wet. I complained and was assigned another room. The new room's toilet would not flush. It took all day and two visits to the desk to have maintenance unclog the toilet. Neither room's TVs worked. In the second room, most of the USB ports did not work. None of the lamp outlets worked; I had to use a wall plug. The shower fixtures worked but the temperature control valve had a continuous leak. The bathroom door bottom was rotted and falling apart. The elevator buttons did not reliably light up and in one of the elevators, my floor did not work at all. My first evening, I could not call an elevator and had to use the other side's elevator. I don't know why it didn't work just that evening. Embassy Suites used to be a premium brand. This place is falling apart, literally. The only two good experiences I had was that the breakfast was very good and the bed/sheets were clean and comfortable. Every other aspect was very low grade.

I like staying at these hotels because the rooms have two separate sleeping areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was really good.

we enjoyed the staff and breakfast. However the room was very bad there were old stains on the sheets and pillows I asked multiple times for someone to bring new stuff up and they never did. The shower wouldn’t stop running water holes throughout the room. A bunch of dust all around the room which was bad for child since he has asthema overall the room was terrible. I also got food from restaurant which was very gross. Chicken was undercooked and the steak was rubbery. I told the staff they said I won’t be charged but seen a charge on my card.

The property was very old. Every room smelled musty. The service was OK. Everything was broken. The bed stain. The sofas were squeaky and hard. The wall was falling apart. It look like it had mold in the restroom.

The room smelled like cigarettes which was horrible because my child is autistic and her sensory to smell is very high she was crying when she walked in the room for us to leave. The beds made so much room ever single time you moved even just a little bit. The bathroom looked very small and cluttered I didn’t feel safe letting my child shower there was holes in the bathroom door and just looked very dirty. There was security running across the lobby when I was checking in and outside like something was definitely going on. I was very unhappy with my stay and could even sleep of have a comfortable night.
