This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked a room for five people and were given only two beds, forcing one guest to sleep on the floor. The front desk’s response was shocking—they told us that “some travelers like sleeping on the floor.” They refused to provide a sofa bed or move us to another room, claiming the hotel was fully booked, even though we later witnessed another guest being relocated. Their suggested solution was to pile blankets and pillows on the floor and call it a bed. To make matters worse, there were serious safety issues. Another guest complained that someone was inside their locked room, and later that night police were called to our floor to remove individuals who were not hotel guests. Unacceptable service, dishonesty, and safety concerns. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

courteous staff, the room I first stayed in had a bad smell, I asked to be moved into another room and was changed with no problem. The front desk staff was helpful and changed me with no problem! The complimentary breakfast was great too!! Thanks for a nice place to stay!

The room was not cleaned and even after so many request they didn’t cleaned the room instead they changed the room. The staff at the front desk’s are nice. Coming to breakfast not too many option same menu sometime they close one heating pan saying out of service. I have stayed with La-quinte before it was really good during that time. Keep those in mind I booked this but I totally disappointed

Putrid pee odor in the carpet, shower gel fell off the wall, banging & stomping noise, blow dryer quit, breakfast hours, exercise room broken equipment, not enough, water everywhere in walk way, outside walls & doors dirty. Quarters for laundry issue. You walk in & smell pee, lay in the bed & pee from the carpet.
