All the personnel were very nice and the room we were in was clean and kept up very nicely every day by the housekeeping personnel while we were there. The main problem we had was that the heater / air conditioner did not work properly. We had 3 different maintenance workers come out on 3 different days and although they were pleasant and worked on the problem, they all left before testing the unit to make sure that it was in working condition for both heat and air, thus the problem was not resolved. When we left, we did notify the hotel personnel regarding the situation, and I don't know whether they sent someone up to repair the problem before the next guest arrived in that room. I had also mentioned to them that the toilet needed an adjustment as it often kept running after you flushed it and the mere jiggling of the lever did not fix the problem as you had to take off the lid in order to loosen the chain so that the flapper would go down.

This was the second time staying at this hotel. I love the staff because they are very friendly and professional. The hotel is quiet and clean and you can relax. The restaurant next to the hotel is fantastic as well.

Very cute hotel, clean in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the highway with an onsite restaurant. Parking was very limited because of the graduation and the room was nice, but not like the photos - we expected a bigger room with a small kitchen. We did have a microwave and little fridge so it all worked out, having the little onsite restaurant was perfect! The shower water pressure was excellent and the staff gave us extra towels so we loved that, the products in the shower were also good quality! Really appreciated the wonderful staff service and coffees in the lobby! Would book here again and highly recommend. Value for money.

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had aromatic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the water pressure was very good.

We booked room 312, with a full kitchenette: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink with disposal, k-cup coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Spacious bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms, one with one queen, the other with two queens and a big flat TV. Living room area is spacious with a large comfortable L shaped sectional sofa and large flat TV (25 channels). Free WiFi. Generous closet space. No safe. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a restaurant attached. When we let the front desk know we were having trouble with the coffee maker they quickly arrived and replaced it with a brand new, out of the box k-cup coffee maker. The gardening around the property is beautiful and expertly maintained! The location is located within les than a ten minutes drive of everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara. We were delighted with our stay.
