Enjoy two ocean-view balconies, a private backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Located directly across from Twin Lakes State Beach and just a short walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor, restaurants, and more!

- There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway and free parking available on the street. Keep in mind the house is located on a heavily trafficked street, so a street parking spot directly in front of the home may be tough to come by.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker

- Backyard w/ hot tub hard plumbed gas grille and outdoor shower
