The beautiful villa 'Sa Muntanya' is located only 3.5 km from Santa Eulalía del Rio and is situated on a 34.200 m² plot of land in an idyllic mountain landscape. The accommodation offers guests absolute privacy, a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature and a breathtaking panoramic view of the landscape and the blue, glittering Mediterranean on the horizon. Across 400 m² of living space, the main villa, which combines luxurious furnishings with high-quality materials, has light-flooded living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The main villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms (all with sea views), 4 en-suite bathrooms (2 with whirlpool bathtubs, and 2 with special, hydromassage showers), 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room and 1 study room with a sofa bed.



Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms in the main house and the guest house, a security system, a fireplace and a TV. The properties combined can accommodate up to 10 guests.



The guest house has 1 living room with a bathroom and sofa bed, 1 kitchen, and 1 bedroom with another bathroom en suite. The rooms are surrounded by the garden and have access to the terrace.

Outside you will find a covered terrace with a dining area, a lounge and a large lawn. Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the pond, you can start the day with a tasty breakfast or round off the evening with a glass of wine in one of the many seating areas. The highlight is the pool, which impresses guests with turquoise blue water, a waterfall, a whirlpool and a jet stream feature for massage and guests to swim against. Refresh yourself in the water, read a good book on the loungers under the sunshades and get a tan from the Ibizan sun.

Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are about 3,5 km or an 8-minute drive away in Santa Eulalía del Rio and the nearest beach, Playa de Santa Eulalía, is 3.3 km away from the accommodation. Other beaches nearby include Niu Blau, Cala Pada and Nikki beach.

Parties are not allowed and music is not allowed after midnight.

Parking spaces are available on the property. The entrance gate is electronic and is connected to an intercom system. If guests would like daily cleaning, it must be arranged in advance with the host for an additional fee. The guest house is provided only for groups of 9 or more guests. For groups of 8 or fewer guests, only the main house with 4 bedrooms is available.
