This property had all the basics we needed, and comfortable seating and beds. What we didn't know when booking is that the pool and hot tub close at 6pm everyday - that was a disappointment. Also, the laundry was a washer and dryer combo, and we couldn't figure out a way to dry the clothes fully. Otherwise, a nice comfy spot super close to old town!

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo is really cute and fit our needs for our trip. We ate out every night and only used the kitchen for making coffee and tea. The neighborhood was conveniently located to the plaza and access to the interstate. We really enjoyed sitting out on our balcony in the mornings and evenings, watching the birds and deer. We also enjoyed walking over to the Ft Macy trails. We only had a washing machine, no dryer in the apt, which was ok as we had brought enough things with us to wear. The beds and pillows, however, were extremely uncomfortable and were hard as rocks. Without those being changed out, I would not stay there again, regardless of all of the pluses. If we had stayed longer, I would have had to go to Walmart and buy a mattress topper and would have just left it there (we flew) We also did not have any wash cloths in the bathrooms, and only one microfiber cloth for makeup removal. The microfiber cloth was a nice touch, but we would have liked washcloths for our showers. Everything else was great....but the mattresses have to go!

Clean
It was very clean and easy to find. It does have several stairs that you have to step down or up from the apartment to the parking space

Great location, could use some updates.
This place is located on a hill not far from downtown. Not really walkable, but less than 5 minute drive. The kitchen has the bare basics. The beds are hard and the pillows are not great. Everything else was just fine. We had a deer just outside the front door one morning.

Oh, those stairs!
The condo was very nice & fully furnished. The bedrooms were both upstairs. We didn’t realize that. They both open onto a deck that overlooks open space. The unit itself was fine.
Before my next comments I need to say that we are all in our mid 70’s. If you are younger you may not care about these things.
It was 36 steps up to the parking lot from the unit. Dragging suitcases around about wore us out. And then the bedrooms were on the second floor adding to the climb.
We were told the square was a 10 min walk away. When we got there we discovered the condo was up a steep hill. Add the hill climb to the stairs. We drove.
So if you are strong, young & physically fit, this condo is for you. It did not fit our needs.

Cozy, great location, but missing some of the basics
Overall the place was great. Good part of town, walkable to some things, short drives to pretty much everything you'd want to do in Santa Fe. Good ambiance and atmosphere in the place too, it felt authentic.
Some of the basics were missing - no regular coffee, only decaf, no creamer, etc. We also had a hard time getting the property to a consistent comfortable temperature - the heat did not seem to kick on when we turned on the thermostat.

Love Santa Fe
Great property, nicely appointed, comfy beds, nice showers. Very private for a townhome, as landscaping makes you feel away from it all. Great location in town. Only caveat, many steps outdoors to get to the unit. I, thankfully, have my new knee, but if I didn't, I probably would have had trouble getting to and from the unit. Not a deal breaker, as the unit was great, but would be nice to know going in.
