Orellana house is located on the first floor of a building located on a quiet street 200 m. from the sea in a residential neighbourhood, away from the bustle own tourist areas, but close to downtown and the beach of Can Picafort. It is a functional apartment for 6 people. Comprising 3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with tub, a living room with TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils and appliances to help you during your stay tasks, as well as a washing machine. An air-conditioning in the corridor will help you to enjoy sleeping. Sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. It's perfect to enjoy a lovely breakfast or dinner, to read, chat or just get some fresh air for a while before bed. On the upper floor, you can enjoy an exclusive picnic area with a barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing. Also, a small kitchen and a summer dining room, a bathroom and laundry. De belles vacances

Nous étions 4 adultes et avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement. De belles surfaces et un très bon emplacement près de la plage et des commerces mais dans une rue très calme. La literie était très bonne. Seul petit bémol de français qui aiment beaucoup cuisiner, il manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais pour le reste c’est très bien.
